We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a gem! So new and so clean and luxurious! My wife loved it! Then there’s the setting right on the waterfront with wonderfully maintained walking trail! Also, walking distance to the very cute Steveston Village with so many options of places to eat and things to do such as bookstore and art store for people to create their own! Thank you Steveston Waterfront!

We had an amazing stay at the Steveston Waterfront Hotel! The location is perfect, with beautiful waterfront views and easy walking access to the shops, restaurants, and the charming Steveston Village and Fisherman's Wharf. Our room was spotless, very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We especially appreciated being able to check in early, and when there was a small oversight with the welcome wine, they quickly delivered it to our room with a sincere apology—excellent customer service. The self-parking was convenient, and the hotel made our stay relaxing from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Richmond / Steveston area.

The rooms were extremely clean. Having a stackable washer and dryer in the room was so handy. It felt like I was staying in a 1 bedroom apartment, with the dining room table and sofa. I loved that the boardwalk was just outside my door, for daily scenic walks.

Nice property over looking the water and walking distance to the wharf. Loved we can sit on the patio and watch everyone strolling by. The room was clean and spacious and had a full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walking to the downtown core, and it's located in a very clean and safe neighborhood. Our room looked right out onto the water, and we took advantage of the new walking/running path that runs alongside the water. We even saw women jogging on the path alone after midnight, so you know it's a safe neighborhood. The room was squeaky clean and well-appointed. Our only complaint was that the room felt rather sparse, and needed more art on the walls or a colored "accent wall" to offset all the gleaming white surfaces. We highly recommend this hotel, and we plan to stay there again. P.S. The bottle of wine in our room that was provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and the wine itself was quite good.

Our stay at the Steveston Waterfront Hotel was absolutely outstanding. The location couldn't be better, with beautiful waterfront views and easy walking access to the shops, restaurants, and charm of Steveston Village. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, while the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Spending the weekend here with my family and my sister Tracy made for a memorable getaway, and the hotel provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Richmond.

The space is amazing! The kitchen , living room , bathroom and appliances are very sleek , clean and new as if we are the first guests ever visit there. The patio door opens to the water front and to a long walk friendly water front walkway. There are restaurants along the walkway with beautiful views. I ran into a massage shop and had a whole body massage while I was out walking. A few grocery shops where I bought fresh food and brought back to condo and cooked a delicious and fresh dinner. Plan on visit there again whenever I visit BC.

The room was spotlessly clean, unable to spot a tiny fingerprint. It seemed appliances were brand new. This hotel is located in the nice cozy neighborhood, not commercial district. We were able to walk waterfront behind the building. Nice pathways for a walk. Definitely I would stay here again if I have chance to visit VC again. Better than other renowned 5 star hotels.

Self check in could perhaps be improved by utilizing QR code as well as key code as keypad can be awkward at night or in the rain. Right on the water, easy to walk to all restaurants and sights!
