The hotel is unique and takes u back in time. The room was large but that may have been because it was a deluxe king room. The room was quiet. We asked for the quiet side of the hotel which faces away from the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bella on the front desk was very helpful as was the manager. The location was good with restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as others close by. I would recommend it as a place to stay when visiting the Niagara region.

Clean spacious room with ample space and useful amenities. Very big screen TV, nice jetted tub and comfy big bed. Staff was polite and helpful. The onsite restaurant, Johnny Rocco's, has a good variety of Italian food and beverages, along with great staff.

I’ve stayed here more than once. It’s a good spot convenient to Niagara on the lake and Niagara Falls. Good neighbourhood with lots of eating options nearby. The rooms are quite nice, well kept and clean. The staff are very nice, but you don’t have an opportunity to interact with them a lot. The hotel doesn’t really have any amenities. There is a restaurant on site. That is a local favorite.

Everything was very good, clean room. Ok didn’t plan on getting more coffee pods Saturday as we where out all day so had to call Sunday morning, but they came over within few minutes with it.

Our stay was short but it hit all of what we wanted. The room and property were clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was large, the location was great and the staff were friendly when needed. Check in took 5 minutes. Location is small but that means no waiting in elevators and hearing annoying people all night.

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms. Spacious and decor is lovely. One of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be our go to anytime we need to stay in the area again.
