Cleaning was not so good. I found some hair in the bath tub And some hair in the beds... They should be sure to replace all sheets and towels.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only there for 2 nights so didn't partake of the exercise room or others. Location is convenient walk to downtown. Breakfast was basic but definitely adequate. Overall good stay. Would stay there again.

I must have been in disability room. Laminate flooring was clean, germ free (unlike carp etted hallways, or other carpeted rooms). My room was pristine with plenty of space. Hotels everywhere should use model of room I was assigned.

The room was clean, and very comfortable even with the current renovation.

Our room appeared newly renovated and was very clean. Continental breakfast was sparse but Tim Horton’s is next door for anyone who wants something else. We were happy with the clean quiet room.

Front desk staff were welcoming, very efficient and ready for our arrival. Rooms are basic, very clean and tidy and perfect for the travel we were doing. It was easy to have our little dog buddy with us, we were given a room close to the outside door and main level which was super helpful for us. Thanks for the hospitality!

Very clean rooms, halls, and breakfast room. Smoking areas outside very clean and supplied butt cans, no cig. Butts on the ground. Resturants within walking distance to hotel. Very quiet at night. Staff very friendly and happy. Will definitely stay there again.

Looks dated from the outside even hard to find if you don’t know it. But it’s clean and friendly staff. Check in was a record time not your usual 15 minute wait. Breakfast was positively good. I expected a muffin and a banana but there was an actual breakfast corner. Will book again!

There are renovations in progress which are certainly due, but we had a renovated room that was very nice. Breakfast had decent selection and quality. We would certainly stay again, and look forward to the completed renovations.

TV didn't show FIFA Team Canada game without registering. Shampoo and conditioner were out in bathroom. Comfy beds. Very helpful front counter staff.

All was fine except check-in and no elevator.

Bed was clean and the room was big. Floors were squeaky (ground floor) - probably due to some previous water damage. Toilet seat was loose, and the bath tub needs a better cleanup. The shower worked well and I liked the big shower head.

It’s a basic hotel they are currently refurbishing their rooms. Room was clean and location was good with easy access to the town centre
