Extremely Spacious and had every amenity we needed, including a printer right in our room. Breakfast was great and the staff were super helpful! The location was also incredible for getting around town.

Great value! We have stayed multiple times at this hotel and will be back again. For what you pay in that location you can’t get better value. If you’re pretentious and need sparkling fancy new then don’t stay here. If you want location, a nice clean safe place to stay with a great breakfast and reasonable parking rates for downtown with a suite style room then this place is great. It was our Hotels.com free tenth night stay and Peter at the desk was great and upgraded us to the penthouse with a massive balcony overlooking Elgin street. The breakfast is a legit proper feast too. Highly recommend it is older and not newly renovated but is very clean and well kept with good location, price and breakfast.

The suite contained a lot of amenities and it was very comfortable. The breakfast could be more environmentally friendly since each plastic piece of cutlery came wrapped in plastic.

Totally impressed by this hotel! All the staff I dealt with were so friendly and helpful! Calvin at the front desk was so nice and helpful and patient. My room was amazing! The room furniture is older looking but in great shape. The room is super clean, spacious and it was more like a small apartment filled with great amenities. I had a full kitchen and sofabed and chair. The included breakfast was very good, way more than a continental breakfast, with warm egg sandwiches, muffins and fruit and espresso and regular coffee. The location of this hotel is great and is easily walkable to the Parliament buildings.I would definitely book this hotel again! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Ottawa and my stay at The Business Inn.

We enjoyed the neighbourhood vibe. Close to restaurants and attractions. The small details like a lighted makeup mirror, air filter and white noise machine were unique. Very comfortable! The only downside is the underground parking has a very low ceiling and was very tight. Be warned!

The hotel is well used but clean and functional. Walking distance to plenty of dining and tourist sites like Byward and Parliament Hill. I liked having the suite so I could make my own meals. There's a really cool grocery store nearby called Farm Boy. I felt safe walking around Elgin Street, even at night. I plan on staying here for every trip to Ottawa. Staff were great to deal with. Breakfast is hot and ready to go at 7am sharp.
