We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. One of the standout perks was the free guest laundry. It was very convenient, although I hope fellow guests remember to clean the dryer lint filter after use so everyone can enjoy the facilities. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots, and I mean lots, of options to choose from every morning. We also appreciated the complimentary grab-and-go bag with bottled water, a granola bar, a cookie, and candy, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions. Hotel also has a refund or credit if you opt out of housekeeping during your stay. We stayed in the Signature Suite overlooking Elgin Street, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was huge with a great view, clean and every amenity we could need, just without swimming pool. The hotel rates were very reasonable and offered great value for money.

This hotel is a favourite of mine. The rooms have everything you need to feel at home and the provided breakfast is second to none. I stay here every time I’m in Ottawa and I love it every time. Great location also!

Great stay! The suites are awesome and beautiful windows across the whole length of the room! Breakfast was super busy, but there were so many choices and no shortage of food! The property is a bit older, but it is well maintained and we found it a wonderful stay and excellent location!

The room was great, clean and equipped with all the essentials. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not bad with varieties and snack pack for travellers to take.

Great stay. Great breakfast! Only thing I would change is the layout of room 127. Having bed right next to the entrance and bathroom is not very ideal. Louder and will wake up partner if sharing a room with someone and further away from AC means it's warmer in that part of the room. Overall, still a pleasant stay. Would recommend for sure!

We chose the hotel for 1) great location combined with 2) great price. After a very welcoming check-in at 10:30 (thank you Amine) we entered the 1st floor rooms off the outdoor parking lot with some trepidation but Room 124 was spacious and spotless - full kitchenette, storage, couch and coffee table, king size bed, full bath. Also a desktop computer and huge TV that we didn’t use. Little details like a makeup mirror, instant kettle, and reading lamps were appreciated. The complimentary breakfast offered at least twice what the average Hilton property provides. We didn’t use them but there is also a gym and laundry facilities. The only noise we heard over our 3 night stay were a few vehicles on Saturday night. We took advantage of luggage storage after checkout on our departure day and once again the front desk staff were kind and accommodating. It feels like a property that is managed well from the top down and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - now off to 4 nights in Montreal at 3 x the price 😁
