It is a perfect home away from home. Finding a place to stay in Ottawa is gonna be super easy next time as there's no need to check reviews, location and proximity to popular landmarks in the city. Nothing can beat the inn.

Location was excellent -- very convenient to a wide variety of restaurants in walking distance. Getting into the garage was a bit scary because of the steep driveway. We liked that there is a designated parking space. Note that there is "free" charging for EVs. The room was spacious, with amenities like kitchen equipment and cutlery. The hotel offers a small discount if you opt out of housekeeping to conserve water. Curtains were thick enough to obscure external light. Two minor points. One, the breakfast room was always crowded, (but they do let you take items to the room, so it is fine). Two, the thermostat in the room is in Celsius; it was hard to figure out the exact temperature for comfort, and also we were not sure if our adjustments worked. All in all, I would highly recommend this place for those visiting Ottawa.

The lobby is not glamourous but the amenities, cleanliness, convenience and rooms - recently renovated and spacious were perfect for our stay. The breakfast room is generously equipped and parking is convenient.

I had a suite which was reasonably priced and fabulous. A sitting area with the largest screen TV I've ever seen, a dining area, a patio with table and chairs, a full kitchen, plenty of closet space, a clean bathroom with all things functioning perfectly, and a bedroom that was very quiet and perfect for sleep. The hotel also has a gym and breakfast is included. This hotel used to be the 'go to' hotel for all who worked in the international development sector (including me) and i still love it. The location is perfect, close to all the action -- short walks to the canal path, restaurants on Elgin Street, Parliament Hill, the Byward Market, the Rideau mall, and the National Arts Centre.

TL;DR: We would happily stay here again. We had a great stay. Not quite 5 stars, but very happy especially given the value. The 2 Signature Suites we had were quite big (although a bit different; the one with the king size bed had a huge TV and hot tub). There was not much space between the end of the bed and the dresser, but the hall leading to the bedroom and bathroom had its own door that could be closed (nice for families wanting a bit more privacy). There were lots of options for breakfast, although the same each day we were there (hot options were 2 types of egg bites (yummy!), sausage, or one of several types of breakfast sandwiches that would have been better if the english muffins were toasted). But there was also fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, muffins, bagels, coffee, fruit cups, applesauce, bottled water, lots of condiments, etc. The indoor garage was nice... very tight to get into, but I loved the EV charging that is included in the price of the parking spot (if you have an EV, they give you a spot with your own charger). Housekeeping missed a couple minor things, but understandable with large rooms like ours.

The Business Inn is in a great location, close for walking downtown. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very modern and clean. It has a fantastic free breakfast! The room has a kitchenette, oven, full size fridge, microwave, small coffee maker and all the dishes etc. Highly recommend staying!

I like staying in business inn, the staff are friendly and helpful. The first night I didn’t like the room when I talked to the receptionist in the morning the offer my another bigger sunny room I love it.

Exactly what we were looking for. A clean room, decent price, great location and as a bonus, breakfast included. Would be a great place to stay for a couple days with the full kitchen. Zero complaints

The hotel is simple, but it’s honestly the nicest 3-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s extremely close to the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and everything else you might need. We were able to do everything on foot! I highly recommend it, and the breakfast is excellent too!

The check in was quick and efficient and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean and the laundry smart and excellent which included a free service. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. The location in the city was very convenient for sightseeing and all the restaurants and bars.
