Location is perfect for exploring Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean and quiet despite being so close to Denman. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent little hotel just off a vibrant main street full of great shops and restaurants, close to residential so feels authentic and lived in. Rooms at the hotel were a little small but clean and well appointed, with AC. Staff were extremely helpful and made our stay very pleasant!

Wow! What a hidden gem. Such a special boutique. We are leaving on a cruise to Alaska stayed here last night. It’s perfect. So much thought was put into this boutique. I felt like it was our own private apartment with all the nice touches from the soap to the mini fridge etc…. It was perfect! The location is amazing. One block from English Bay & the beach area. So many restaurants. It was perfect & so happy I found this little Gem. Highly recommend!!!!!

Wow! What a score! Beautiful, exceptionally clean and manicured property. Outstanding, friendly, helpful service from staff. Locational is perfect…everything at your fingertips…from restaurants, Stanley Park, bike path, the beach, and the water taxi to Granville Island. The bikes were a huge perk and we enjoyed riding around Stanley Park. So pleased and impressed with our stay - will be back!!

Absolutely FABULUS! Highly recommend. Visually clean and Smells relaxing. Entrance puts you mentally in a mood of relaxation. Had queen family suite, was way better than same at HR. Was like high end studio apartment. Full kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, a Nepresso machine. Bed was very comfortable even sofa bed. Luxury at an affordable cost. The staff, especially Elisabet, was so warm and welcoming. She gave us personal patient attention, even in parking garage! First experience with cardless room entrance. Very safe location. Walkable to beach and alot of eating locations. If drive, paying for their garage is worth it. No on-street parking. Their connection to cab is spot on. Cab to downtown is very reasonable. Como Hotel has become my go-to place to stay!

Location is very desirable. Close to variety of restaurants and a terrific fruit stand. Set in the middle of an affluent neighborhood leading to the beach and Stanley park in minutes. Start your day with a brisk walk to the beach and join the locals. I would stay at Como given a chance to visit Vancouver again

Good value. We had a wonderful stay at The Como Hotel in Vancouver’s West End while I was in town on a business trip, and my teen daughter tagged along. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, but Concierge Arabella deserves a special mention. She always had a smile on her face and truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience while I was working. She helped arrange an e-bike, recommended fantastic restaurants, and suggested lots of fun places to explore. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect—just steps from great restaurants, Stanley Park, and English Bay.

Was very happy with the location of this great hotel. It was easy walking distance to English Bay with a great beach and restaurants. It was also close to Stanley Park by e-bike, and the hotel provided the bikes! The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff were all excellent. Someone was always available and always helpful. We used the underground garage and it was convenient and secure.
