Great staff and very helpful. Someone is at the front desk pretty much all night. Location is central so it’s convenient to walk around.

The room was perfect for my needs. It had a sink, a refrigerator and AC. It was a little noisy at night, but canada just won their first World Cup match, so it was excuseable. Would stay again.

It was great. The street the guesthouse is located on is busy so was a bit loud late into the night, though I sleep with earplugs in so it didn’t bother me too much. The staff were super helpful. I didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on that. The AC wasn’t the best but given the older building and it seeming to be an addition, it worked as good as could be expected. The building does not have an elevator though but the staff offered to carry my bag up the stairs for me, if I needed. It was also great that they had a secure spot for my luggage before and after check in so I could explore the city without having to worry about that.

Great stay for anyone who doesn’t mind a shared bathroom. The only issue with this property is that there is no elevator, so not ideal for anyone traveling with strollers or large suitcases

The room was clean and well-maintained. It was quiet throughout, at all times, even when there were many many people staying there. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they were available 24/7. The kitchen had tea/coffee and was also open 24/7. The bathrooms are shared. They were always clean. When I was visiting, they were also always available.

Located in a great location with food and drink options all aroudn as well as clean and well-maintained facilities. A good place with great value especially if you just need a place to keep your stuff and sleep.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and provided me directions/tips on things to check out in Vancouver. The walk up to the room was a bit off putting with the carpet but the room (hard wood floors) and shared bathroom were both very well maintained and clean. Given Vancouver prices, very affordable and great place to stay!

•clean toilets •clean showers •complete kitchen stuffs if you need to cook • free tea and coffee in the kitchen •the property doesn't have a lift or elevators •the rooms have centralised ac or hvac but i don't think the radiator works in our room though •helpful front desk people

Location was great. Very walkable to anywhere downtown.They had earplugs at the desk.Very clean. Friendly staff. Never had to wait for the washroom. The only downside is noise depending on the location of your room. They have earplugs at the desk.

It’s a dormitory hotel. It may require some getting used to, if you’ve not had any experience with hostel settings. But it’s a fine one.
