Check in was very frustrating but I do believe this was a one time situation (door to unit was locked and no one able to let me in, resulted in me sitting outside the unit with all my luggage for ~ 1 hour), otherwise this was a wonderful, clean place in a great location!

I can't more strongly advise against booking with this host. My experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. ​ I booked a unit specifically because it was advertised at a premium location (300 Front St W, right near the CN Tower). After booking, the host sent check-in instructions for a completely different address several blocks away (101 Peter St), claiming the original address was just the "general vicinity." This is incredibly deceptive. ​ Despite the host assuring me via email that the unit was "prepared to a high standard," we walked into an apartment that was severely damaged and unsafe. We immediately found: ​A dangerously broken window ​A broken refrigerator sitting directly in the middle of the living room ​A broken television ​A broken dishwasher ​A broken wardrobe and damaged flooring Taped up outlets and bathroom fixtures. ​ The unit was entirely uninhabitable. We took photos, immediately contacted the host to demand a refund, and left the property. The host refused to issue a refund despite the atrocious conditions. Expedia was entirely unhelpful, claiming they are just a "platform" and allowing the merchant to keep our money for a completely misrepresented and unsafe listing. ​Do not trust the photos or the listed address. Save your money and book somewhere more reputable.
