What a beautiful place to stay and the hosts were all very friendly. The rooms all felt very clean, from the communal areas to the private rooms. The breakfast was a lovely addition too. Parking on site was also convenient and hotel is within a short walk to all the restaurants and the waterfront. The staff can give great recommendations for places to eat too.

The Secret Garden was beautiful and peaceful. Staff were beyond helpful. Food was extraordinary. Parking is directly outside. Easy walk to downtown Kingston.

The house was a very nice older home with very welcoming and helpful staff. The breakfast was served by friendly wait staff and the food was excellent. Parking was a little confusing with spacing on two different streets. Communicating this on our arrival would have been helpful.

Quiet, pretty, well maintained and super comfortable in a central location in Kingston’s historical area. We saw multiple ghost tours walking around the neighbourhood in the evening, but no ghosts inhabiting the B&B. The Mackay room we booked was generously sized, with a high four poster bed and a great view of the pond, garden and neighbourhood. There was a choice of two great sounding breakfasts (sweet or savoury). We chose savoury; it was first class, beautifully prepared and filling.

Always a wonderful stay at this B&B. The rooms are well thought out and beds super comfortable. The staff and owners willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Excellent breakfast.

The place was really nice and well maintain. Room was bigger than I thought and had a nice decor that fits the house. Breakfast was amazing, nothing to change about this place. Service and staff was very helpful and gracious. I'm looking forward to come back soon. Thanks for provising a great stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay for one night. The whole place is beautiful, charming, and full of character. The accommodation itself is incredibly cozy and well maintained, and everything was perfectly clean throughout my stay. The staff were especially amazing — always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I stayed in the Coverdale Room, and it was absolutely lovely: comfortable, stylish, and very relaxing. It was also possible to check in early Breakfast was also fantastic. There were two options to choose from, and I decided to try the club breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The location is excellent as well, making it easy to explore and enjoy Kingston. I truly felt comfortable and cared for during my entire stay, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Staff was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early. The stairs were a challenge but that was on me as I was recovering from a concussion. Wonderful breakfast too.
