We loved our falls view room. It was small but beautiful and elegant. We didn't want to leave our room.

Wow! I’m beyond impressed with the view, rates, cleanliness, and mostly importantly the friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend booking at The Tower Hotel Fallsview to anyone visiting the falls.

I proposed to my partner here and I couldn’t have done it without the help of the staff, I was really thankful for the service they provided before check in. The hotel itself was immaculate and it was amazing seeing the falls from our room.

Don’t be put off by the lobby which looks like it is from the 90’s. The rooms are redone and absolutely stunning. While the elevator to the penthouse floor is a little scary, the effort is worth it as the view is beyond words. Coupons for local restaurants and the ihop on premise with a. Incredible view was really nice.

It was our first time staying at The Tower Hotel Fallsview. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in earlier. The room was very clean and has a nice view. The hotel parking is a little far away but they have a shuttle service so it is convenient. The hotel looks simple, not fancy but the service is absolutely perfect. From our perspective of the hotel, we would rate this hotel for a 4.5 stars

Love the views regardless of whether it's the city or the falls but an observation deck is available for those on the city side. Staff very helpful. We only stayed one night but would book again upon return. Also close to over a dozen restaurants.
