Our room was spotless, bed and pillows very comfortable, Nescafé coffee maker in room made amazing coffee!!! Rooms were quiet which made for a good nights sleep. It was very close to OLG Stage if you are taking in a show, this is a good pick! The only thing I disliked was the parking (there is no parking on the property). It was an inconvenience. they will call a shuttle for you whenever needed and they are fairly quick but there really isn’t anything like having the ability to just hop in your car and go when you want. However, I would 10000% stay again!

Staff was great. They let us check in an hour early and check out 1/2 hour later with no penalty. Elevator was quick as we were on the 28th floor. Room was beautiful and clean. We had a full view room. Bed was comfortable. Maybe a couple extra bath towels would have been good they only give 2. Parking is a little inconvenient but we knew ahead of time. The shuttle ran frequently enough that it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. IHOP on the 26th floor was very nice for breakfast. Staff there were great. The hotel did give us a coupon for $20 off so that was nice. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ontario. The views are phenomenal and the falls are amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and helpful from the start of my stay. One thing to note, valet parking is $100/day and the parking lot is not on site. There is a shuttle to take you to and from the parking lot, approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the hotel. It was a quick ride and the driver(s) were accommodating and fast.

Very clean hotel. The location is very nice to take the Incline Railway down. If you’re walking, it’s not too far either. Good food choices close by. The observation floor is super helpful. No need to purchase the room with a view.

The hotel was very well located, we were able to walk to the Falls and to OLG Stage. We were able to go to the lookout floor whenever we wanted, this was very useful to watch the fireworks each night. The only negative would be the parking. It was $100 a night for valet or $35 a night for you to park in a parking lot away from the hotel and be shuttled back and forth to your car.

The hotel room was small but modern and very clean. I loved the access to the observatory deck on the 25th floor to watch the fireworks. The location was great with easy access to the falls and near the casino and many restaurants. I would stay again.

The last time we went to Niagara Falls, we stayed somewhere else saw this hotel and really wanted to stay there. Very clean very nice. Would recommend anyone to stay there. Except that the rooms are not equipped for children. If you have them, they are smaller rooms. Great for couples.
