The amenities were great and we were upgraded for free to a family suite with a private terrace so that was very appreciated. The wifi was a bit spotty but everything else was fantastic

We had a room on the third floor with a excellent view from there. There is an elevator to get you up there which my wife was very happy about. The Hotel I believe was full, so parking can be a little difficult but we always found a spot. There is a restaurant at the hotel that makes eating very convenient. I had a Smoked salmon appetizer for dinner that was a taste buds treat.

Hotel was great, my daughter and I stayed overnight while driving from BC back to Calgary and was the perfect place to stop for a quick trip! Room was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful!! Parking was a bit busy but as long as you dont get there too late it seems to be fine (we stayed on a friday night so that could be why as well). We didnt use the pool/hot tubs but we walked by them and they looked beautiful, clean and like lots of fun. The only downside we noticed was it was a bit warm in the room but the windows open up and there is A/C which helped, as well as theres no microwave or anything in the rooms. (which we knew at time of booking so no issues there, just would be nice if they added that in the future to their rooms as an extra amenity!) Beds were super comfy, shower had excellent water pressure and heat as well. All in all we would definitely recommend this place as a place to stay in Jasper, its close to downtown but on the end so its quieter away from the hustle and bustle of the main street and has an awesome view of the mountains for a beautiful morning sunrise. Plus its about a 12 minute drive to Pyramid Lake / Pyramid island & 13 minutes to Lake Edith and Lake Annette (an absolute MUST SEE while in Jasper!!!)
