Traveling with kids. We were looking forward to use the swimming pool but it was under renovation. The parking was a little but tricky for us at first since we didn’t receive the instructions prior checking in. However, everything went smoothly between communications. Place is great and feel safe. Within walking distance to everything.

This place was exactly what we needed! The two bedrooms plus sofa bed (the sofa itself is comfy even without pulling the bed out!) were great, and having a room with an en suite was great. The location is absolutely perfect for Jays games and it's also lovely for having a lot of food options nearby. Hosts were helpful and accommodating. It was very easy to get our keys and it is a safe building. It's cool being up high too!

The rooms were clean, the property was very well furnished and had all sorts of appliances and pots to cook. The view was amazing and the balcony gave us a place to de-stress at the end of our day.

We were a group of 8 adults in town from Ottawa and Peterborough to watch the Cleveland/blue jays game. The check-in process was easy, the directions with photos were very helpful. Front desk staff was friendly. The lobby, parking garage and apartment were all very clean. The only confusing part was the address was incorrect on the listing so we were worried there would be problems, but there were literally no problems. We were able to stay for 1 night instead of the 2 night minimum. . 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be back

Had a really great stay here. It’s a serviced apartment, so it offers a comfortable setup with a kitchen and laundry rather than a traditional hotel feel. Our guest service coordinator made the entire trip smooth. One of the few places with free parking downtown. Thanks again.

If you are looking for a great central location in DT Toronto, this place is 12/10. It is steps away from Roger’s Centre and CN Tower. Bedrooms were a great size and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Good selection of dinnerware if you plan to eat in. Some information that is helpful to know. The elevators in this building can be VERY busy so plan your outings accordingly by leaving a little earlier than normal. I’ve stayed in this building previously so I knew what to expect but it is good for first time visitors to be aware so you aren’t late for reservations or travel bookings. We couldn’t locate any facecloths in the unit so if you have room in your luggage bring a few with you and you can wash them in the washer/dryer in the unit. I gave property description a midline review because the address was incorrect when I received the booking confirmation. I booked through Expedia and the address that was provided on the booking confirmation was for a hotel and not the property that I had booked. I contacted Expedia and they kept telling me that the provided address was correct but I knew it wasn’t. I contacted the manager for the booking and they confirmed there was an error in their property description but I wasn’t notified until I reached out. I think this may now be corrected for future bookings.

Unfortunately due to a plumbing issue we were moved to a different suite than we booked that did not work well for our group. There was only one couch to sit on that was very uncomfortable for any more than two people to sit on. This did not work for our group of four.

Nothing, we didn't even get to see the property we booked weeks in advance. While we were already traveling one day before our check-in, we started getting texts from a Toronto-based number claiming the apartment we booked had water damage. Trying to figure out whether or not the texts were legitimate, we started replying, and we were offered another 2-bedroom unit for the first night before moving to another 3-bedroom unit in the same building for the rest of the stay. That second apartment was horrible and filthy. We were not given pictures in advance to make an informed decision. The front desk personnel at the building were rude and less than helpful as they did not know how to contact the owner who offered this unit as a "suitable replacement" for what was originally booked.

This was the worst, only thing good was location. Host said pool was up and running, been closed for at least 6 months. Had 6 people, they left out 4 towels and no bedding for couch . 2nd evening finally heard from someone and the extra towels and bedding under bed. No info sheet to tell you anything. The washer front loader so full of mold couldn't use. The elevator almost a 16 to 20 min wait each time. The patio and windows so dirty could hardly see out. The beds are like sleeping on rocks. Stay there only if it's the last place available in toronto.
