Staff during the entire stay were lovely. Polite and attentive. Evening and overnight team were very accommodating and opened the breakfast room so I had a space to work on my laptop so my children could sleep. Extended breakfast until 10:00 am was perfect for my tired children.

This is an old hotel that is ill maintained. No working elevator, parking lot difficult and overall cleanliness was poor.. I would not have another stay at this facility. Worming to customers , the illustrated pictures hide the truth.

I want to start by saying I felt a bit misled when I booked this place. The photos online didn’t match what I saw when I arrived. It wasn’t clear that the property is both a hotel and a motel, and most of the pictures only showed the hotel side. I think the website should be more transparent about that. That said, I don’t want to blame the staff. The room itself was clean for a motel-style setup, which I appreciated. The morning staff were especially helpful and friendly. There were a couple of issues with the room — the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom fan was very loud (to the point where I had to use the bathroom in the dark). But after I reported these problems, they responded quickly and fixed things right away, which I definitely give them credit for. In the afternoon, I interacted with two staff members. The man was very helpful and clearly wanted to make sure I had a good experience. The woman, however, came across as a bit cold and not very engaging. Overall, while there were some frustrations, the staff did their best to address the issues and make my stay better. I don’t think it’s a bad place, but I do think the listing should be more accurate so guests know what to expect.

The facility felt old and poorly maintained. The outlet near the bed in the room was broken, forcing me to use one farther away. During breakfast, the microwave door wouldn't open. When I told a staff, he said it was broken but took no action.

Everything was great, except the space inside the room. A little tight but everything else was great. Beds were made everyday, cleaned our room when requested and brand new towels when needed.

Very friendly staff, always greeting guests with a smile. The room was clean and had everything needed. Only downside was the rather tight parking but it was okay.
