Check in was friendly and efficient. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous- felt very cool just being there! Rooms are small but tidy and well appointed. AC kept us nice and cool, and the bed was super comfy. The best part without a doubt was the two ladies working in the Humble Donkey cafe. On our first morning Sophie was working solo, but moved quickly and instantly felt like a long lost friend. Our entire stay Sophie and Milo made my Grandma and I feel very well taken care of, to the point where I was sad to leave. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who values supporting independent hotels and wants to stay close to the action, while valuing peace and quiet. I will one hundred percent be returning.

The room was sufficient for the needs of my trip. There was a small desk inside the room for me to be able to do some work that I needed to finish. The staff were at pleasant and the room was fairly clean. The best part of this hotel is the location as it is literally steps away from Union station. Anyone coming into Union by train will find the hotel very convenient but at a reasonable price.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location in downtown Toronto. Close to several attractions. Room was small, nice. Clesn. No breakfast included, Café on site but rather pricey. Tim Hortons was across the street which is cheaper.

The Union Hotel is a great place to lay your head for a night or two while visiting Toronto. The rooms are small, compact and clean-perfect size for traveling through for a short visit. It is easy to find from Union Station and in a location to many great activities.

Wonderful lobby & coworking space. We loved the soap. And there is an electric kettle in the room for tea or pour over coffee!

This place was so beautiful and the location was perfect. All the little details in there from the coffee, tea, art on the wall all the way to the hotel lobby decor is absolutely amazing. I would stay here again. The staff was also very kind and helpful.
