The room was spacious and clean. Checkin was very quick even though it was a busy time, there were several staff members on hand. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

I had a wonderful stay at Vittoria Hotel & Suites. The location was very convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around very easy. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would stay here again

The property and room were good. Onsite parking was somewhat expensive.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Only a 3-minute walk to Clifton Hill. Pool and hot tub was fantastic. I highly recommend Vittoria Hotel.

Overall a good place. The room had a dorm size. Mini fridge. Had a TV but it was hard to get the live TV to work right. The bathroom was overall good. Quality. Pool was in the basement lol. Was no signage telling you where the pool was. Neither the microwave at one and one was available, although it was a meeting room on the main floor which was a little awkward to use. Fortunately it was not and use at the time. They do have on-site restaurant. We only used breakfast the one day which you have to pay extra for but it was a good breakfast. The location is super. It's walkable distance to the Falls and related activities. It's also walking distance to the street that leads to New York. Just lots of kids and family activities. Tons of nearby restaurant options. The main downside is you have to pay for parking which is available on site for extra or about anblock away for a little less. Ended up doing the one that was a short walk away which is fine because you don't need to drive anywhere else once you're there.

Nice updated clean hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I come back. There is public parking next to the hotel if needed. The hotel wanted to charge us to use their parking lot that was two blocks away. Best to use the public parking lot was able to leave the car overnight.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is newly remodeled and welcoming from the moment you entered the doors. The location is superb! From the amusement park across the street, all the shops and walking distance to witness Niagara Falls. All of the staff in the dining room were amazing! We look forward to being greeted by them every morning. Should we return to Niagara Falls anytime in the future? We will definitely stay here again. Do not hesitate to put this property.

Went with my 2 young daughters. The hotel and room were great - clean and renovated. The hotel is well at the heart of the attractions. Most importantly, less pricy as compared to other hotels around. Highly recommended.

Very much enjoyed my stay. The overflow parking had a lot of options and is less than the 4 minute walk they say it is. Very accommodating and convenient location. Very comfortable beds. Only down side was not having lots available, but we figured that out.

The location is exceptional as is the staff. I was caught in a bind and the front-desk helped me get everything sorted out. They have a luggage storage space for anyone in the area earlier than their check-in times and they have views of the fireworks during the summer months. I would recommend getting a room on the back side of the hotel to avoid street noise (no firework display, but nice and quiet). It is across the street from Clifton Hills and offers on-sight parking at an affordable charge. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Some rooms included a sofa mattress that left some room to be desired, but the regular beds were fabulous. The air conditioning worked wonders after a long walk in the heat, and they provide the room with a couple bottles of water. Absolute best stay we've had in a hotel!
