Big renovated room, soaker tub, bar area. Big comfy bed, comfy pillows, luxe sheets. The staff is more attentive than you even fathom. What a lovely hotel and staff.

This has been the best hotel stay I have ever had. Staff very friendly. Hotel sweet and lovely. Food excellent! I slept better here than in my own bed. It is downtown so there can be street noise but we travel with a sound machine so did not bother me at all.

One of Canada's best hotels. Beautiful rooms, great staff; professional and extremely helpful. Best lounge/bar in Vancouver as far as I am concerned. You simply can't go wrong should you choose to stay here.

This hotel is lovely in a great location near restaurants and museums. They have a nice cafe/restaurant as well. One person was wonderful helping us with touring plans. The room was very nice and comfortable. Our only issue was we were disturbed by construction 2 out of the 3 days. We were not alerted prior to our visit and we would not have stayed there because of that. It was a big problem for us. If you worry about noise, check before you come as construction is continuing for a while.

Wedgewood staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, observant and very pleasant - absolutely the best! The hotel has old-world environment: Polished dark wood and fireplaces in the lobby and lounge. Our room was exceptionally clean and well furnished with modern amenities. We highly recommend.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful places that we have ever stayed, hosted by some of the friendliest and most helpful staff! We will definitely be planning to come back in the future. The room and the whole hotel could not have been more spotless. The staff really go the extra mile by dropping off little treats for you each day that you stay, and everyone always greets you with a smile and a hello, no matter how briefly you are passing through the common areas. We were only in town for a very short time and unfortunately, didn’t make it to the Bacchus, but we will make a point to the next time we stay for sure! If it is anything like the rest of the hotel, I have no doubt it will be top-notch. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful experience!

very comfortable. Friendly staff who have been there a very long time. The only complaint was the music in the restaurant/bar. "piano pounding" obnoxious music. They need something soothing and inconspicuous background music and NOT LOUD/. We have stayed here for many years and this is the one and only complaint.

We stayed at this hotel while attending an event at the Orpheum Theatre, and it was an excellent choice. We were mainly looking for the most comfortable beds near the theatre, and the customer reviews were absolutely right! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel felt luxurious, with beautiful decor throughout. We also really appreciated being able to check in early when we arrived, which made our day so much easier. Not long after settling into our room, the staff even surprised us with cookies delivered to the room — such a thoughtful touch! A special shout out to the valet service as well — they were so eager to help that it was almost funny, in the best possible way. They were very welcoming, helpful, attentive, took good care of the car the, luggages, and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay, and we would happily return.
