Lovely room with two double beds. Lovely and large bathroom. Really enjoyed the fine dining restaurant. The dinner : mussles, steak , dessert and coffee were amazing. Breakfast: eggs cooked just the way I like them. Try the turkey sausage because it is so good.breads at both meals had that just baked freshness. The food was exquisite and the service impeccable. Can’t wait to book my next visit.

We have been to this resort 4 times so far, and it's like a dream come true when you are looking for relaxation, tremendous customer service, beautiful rooms that are so clean everything shines. We enjoyed our one night getaway so much to celebrate my birthday. They went out of their way to make me feel special during my entire stay, so spoiled, from the time that we checked in until we departed. We were able to check in early as I had an appointment at the spa which was awesome. My massage with Sarah was perfect. Enjoyed every minute of my time spent there. After my appointment, I went to our room and there was a bag of treats waiting for me! And all gluten-free which was so appreciated! Our server at dinner at Play Bar, Caitlin, was so nice, made some suggestions, brought us a glass of champagne. She was awesome. All in all, this place is fantastic, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. We will be back for sure. Thank you to all of the staff who we came in contact with. Truly appreciate this outstanding customer service.

The whole experience staying here for 3 nights was superior starting from walking in the door! Staff went above and beyond to make sure that you were taken care of. It was very impressive and I would highly recommend this resort! Restaurant staff and food were excellent as well. Well done!

We have been to this property many times. Staff are great and considerate, amenities are fantastic and it is a great location. Short drive to Niagara Falls but quiet and right across the outlet mall for shopping. Salt water pool, gym, tennis, and squash courts all available.

Excellent location, very clean room and amenities, friendly and professional staff! The only issue that we had with this place was the buffet breakfast. It didn’t have a lot of variety for the price charged! Otherwise, everything was wonderful❤️

Conveniently located across from the Niagara Outlet mall. Starbucks across the street for those who, like me, need their morning coffee. Nice peaceful grounds to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, especially the gentlemen who greeted you in the parking lot and upon entry. Facility has hot tub, indoor pool, sauna. I did not use these but my husband did and found the areas to be well kept. We visit Niagara often and will continue to come here.

The most comfortable beds and pillows! I went for a girls night away, we had connecting rooms. Newly updated comfortable rooms. Area surrounding is th QEW and outlets malls, very quiet, Never heard a peep from my room. The most amazing gym, I couldn't believe it when I saw it! Pool was warm and hot tub relaxing. 7-10 minute drive to Niagara on the Lake village. Great stay.
