The amenities are great. The pool, beach and hot tub are all together. The food is very good and all the staff is very helpful. It’s was such an easy vacation because you have everything you need on site. I would recommend renting a car if you want to go shopping off site because the taxi service is expensive and the car rental is very reasonable!

We had an excellent stay at The Westin! The resort grounds, staff, housekeeping, food, amenities, all was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. We did need to call maintenance twice for our room-once for the safe batteries to be replaced, and second for the AC battery sensor on the balcony door to be replaced. They came very fast each time and fixed the problem. There is cool refreshing water throughout the exterior grounds which is very nice so everyone stays hydrated! Beach towels are easy to come by and they were reasonably struggling to keep up after it rained, but the staff is all smiles and work quickly to provide service. The food was delicious each time and we used room service a few times because it was sooo good and conveniently served within 30 minutes. The doormen are quick to help you get taxi service right away. Live music and daily activities at the resort are amazing. We have nothing but excellent things to say about our week long stay here! Thank you Westin for making our first visit to the Grand Cayman Islands one we will never forget!!

99% of the staff was wonderful and super friendly. The beach and rooms were great and everything worked well. Not the fault of the hotel, but it might be good to have a policy that patrons don’t “reserve” front row beach chairs at 6:30am and never show back up until noon. I’m an early riser and still had trouble finding a front row beach chair. Pool bar was great and loved the live music and fun games. My only suggestion would be to reduce the cost of the floaties and you’d rent more. Great beach!

Westin seems to be on the best section of the 7 mile beach, which is one of the best beaches I have ever visited. Very relaxing holiday.

We had an outstanding stay at the Westin. It was magical. The staff was friendly, the drinks and food were all outstanding and the SUNSETS WERE AMAZING! Only complaint was that the room smelled a bit musty but that’s pretty typical on an island. We will be back!

Our stay at the Westin Grand Cayman was outstanding! The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially a wonderful staff member named Arun. He went out of his way for me every single time I saw him. He always greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed. He deserves to be recognized for his superior service. The amenities are wonderful as well. WE WILL BE BACK.
