Breakfast was great and staff were lovely - really helpful and keen to ensure we had a god stay. The building is beautiful and a pleasure to see, with easy access to two metro stations it's in a good location.

We just had a great stay at the Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. The hotel is full of character and charm… right down to the creaky floors. Our room was simple, clean and well maintained. The proprietors retired couple Alfredo and Patricia were wonderful hosts, so warm and friendly. We also met their daughter and super cute grandson. Whenever I travel I always try to stay at a local hotel that reflects the local country and culture, this one is a gem. The building itself is quite old (which is part of the charm) so there is no elevator but there is always help getting your suitcases up and down the stairs. I loved this place and would return in a heartbeat.

落ち着いた雰囲気の内装で、ゆったりできた。朝食もしっかりとしたメニューで、暖かい料理を提供してくれた。最終日は、早朝5:30の出発に、空港で食べられるよう軽食と飲み物を準備、見送りまで。スタッフ全員がフレンドリーで気持ちの良い滞在でした。

The room and whole hotel was spotless! It was clean and felt fresh and wonderful to return to at the end of each day. The entire staff was beyond incredible--they were always ready to help the second we asked for something whether it was small or big. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us each morning and was served in a lovely room.

Our first visit to Santiago & staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde made it truly great. The hotel is a stunning historic building with spacious and airy rooms and real character. The rooms were spotlessly clean & aircon on these hot January days very welcomed. Even better are the staff. Fernanda made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and was very helpful with any questions we had. All the staff we saw were friendly. A pleasure to spend the start of our vacation here.

Comfortable room, very clean, no tea or coffee in room, no hot water on first night but it was turned on the next day. Close to Republica metro stn. Very quiet area and lovely breakfast.

I had a very pleasant 4-night long weekend stay at Casa Conde. Everything was excellent -- the room, breakfast, the neighborhood, dining and entertainment options, parking, and most especially the staff. And the hotel dog Romeo. I will definitely come back and stay here again in future trips to Santiago.

Das Haus ist historisch, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das grosse Bett ist sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm! Ein prima Ort, um in Santiago zu weilen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und liebenswürdig.
