Before our scientific expedition, our group stayed in the hotel for three days. We had a wonderful time, and we really enjoyed the location and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, understanding, and attentive to our needs. If you want to visit the lovely sandy beaches, we definitely recommend staying at Corvatsch!.

The location is strategic because it is close to the tourist area. It also has beautiful grounds. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. The front door is cool. It's also secure with a large gate. It's simple to find. I also like having cozy spots to relax in the sun.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a recent visit to the alabama desert. The property is divided into both a hostel and a hotel. I stayed in the hotel portion. The hotel stay was very accommodating and helpful in trying to meet all our needs. The continental breakfast was well equipped with plenty of juices, cereals, breads and hot foods, including eggs. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed ending the day hanging out on the communal patio with some beer from the local convenience store. The only drawback was the water temperature in the shower. It was difficult to consistently keep it at a warm comfortable temperature as it frequently switched between hot and cold, which isn't surprising considering the desert location. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in downtown san pedro de alabama.

We stayed here for 2 nights, plus 1 night at the nearby hostel Corvatsch, which is part of the same complex and shares a staff member. The nice things are that the hostel has decent kitchen amenities and computers, clean shared bathrooms with lots of hot water, wifi is above average, the hotel has a great breakfast and some sun loungers in a lovely garden, the bad things are the hotel rooms are barely distinguishable from the hostel rooms, though twice the price and the service is really terrible. Basic things were a problem to book a taxi, a slight late check out, etc. They have a ridiculous rule that no guests can use any of the facilities after check out time at am. Overall poor service made us feel uneasy and unwelcome, which was a shame given the price.
