We traveled with children and grandparents and everyone loved this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the staff friendly, the shower had great pressure and hot water! Our favorite part was breakfast, the food was SO good and so many options. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A relatively new hotel. The rooms are quite standard, and the place is not good to work. The room was spotless. Elevators were having issues every day we stayed there. Only the lobby and the restaurant had relatively slow wifi. Since we typically left work quite late at night, we dined at the hotel restaurant. The food was decent, do not expect gourmet in a mining town, and the breakfast was quite minimal. There are no gluten-free alternatives. Because the hotel had broken some rules regarding selling beverages, no wine or beer was offered. Service was good on the first night when the venue was empty, but on the second night when the restaurant was full, service became rather sluggish but always welcoming. Because the hotel is located on the opposite side of the major railway yard from the downtown area, it does not have a lovely setting. Outside late in the evening, the dog packs were barking.

The staff is so kind and helpful. The room is new, clean, and comfortable. I had a good breakfast and a good dinner there. I also had a relaxing and peaceful rest, maybe due to the location of my room at the end of the corridor.

I spent two nights working in the area. The room was clean, the bed was ok, and the furniture was functional. First stay in a calm state, nothing to compare it to, but if you need wifi for work, do not expect it to be done here. Wifi was sporadic at best and slow when it was working. The staff were friendly, had a restaurant but ate there so unable to comment on the quality of the food. Free breakfast was mostly continental.
