Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

Stayed for one night between transport to Argentina. Staff were great, room was big, bed was comfy. Bathroom a little cozy, but fine. Great location for getting around Providencia.

Another very good staying experience with Hotel Los Espanoles. Very good location, within 10 mins walking to the closest subway station. Very helpful staff, making our stay a very pleasant one, though we don’t speak Spanish. The area is good too. We can walk to the main tourist stop easily. The cable to the top of the mountain is worth the visit.

Very satisfying stay, including check-in, cleanliness, staff friendly, security and overall experience. They respond to your request promptly. They made your stay easy and comfortable. There are quite a lot good restaurants around as this hotel locates 10mins walk to the tallest building in South America. The only thing might be a problem to some people is the traffic noice from the main road outside at night. I’m fine as I am a faster sleeper. Thanks for the hospitality. Will stay again.

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado quase enfrente ao Sky Costanera e próximo a 2 metros. Hotel super confortável com funcionários cordiais e prestativos. Recomendo, sem nenhuma dúvida. Destaque para a Jacuzzi na cobertura com vista maravilhosa! Único ponto negativo é o wi-fi no quarto que chega com sinal bem fraco.

This hotel is seems like an oasis itself. It is really comfortable, friendly, clean, albeit in a tired deco. Rooms are large and comfortable. Everything runs well or immediately fixed. Easy to park, easy to relax, superb breakfast. A 10min. Walk to Costanera Center and a short taxi ride to the Financial District.

Todo bien. Me gusta este hotel. Me sorprendio esta vez pues encontre en la habitacion una media de un huspede anterior. Asumo que la habitacion no ha sido plenamente limpia pues de haber sido limpia, hubieron encontrado esta media que estaba bastante visible.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao Costanera Center, excelente café da manhã e limpeza. Estacionamento gratuito. Área da piscina muito boa para relaxar, com um lindo visual ao redor. Quando chegamos, o quarto que nos colocaram tinha banheiro com cortina. No entanto, pedi para trocar, pois quando reservei, a foto do banheiro possuía vidro junto a banheira. Imediatamente nos recolocaram em um quarto mais amplo e com o banheiro na forma que solicitei.
