We just got over six hours of driving because Copiapo is not a popular tourist city. Although this hotel was booked in advance and has favorable reviews, I am not sure how someone gave the place a favorable rating when it wasn't really that desirable. We selected this hotel because of its private and secure parking. The hotel structure is only completely flat. A young girl opens the door, and she is speaking Spanish. The first thing I asked is to open the gate so we can drive into the parking lot, but she asks me first to write down our name on the registration form in a book. Parking is in the back where we have access to the room. The hotel hallway is nicer than the room itself the room is not very large, we had one big bed double, a small closet, a table with one chair, and free wifi inside the room the bathroom is somewhat small with a shower, towels, and toiletries The breakfast is joke, we didn't touch the room price is 50 dollars for breakfast, it's a bit expensive in this town with nothing to see. But it's fine for the night. The location is in the center and is completely shut to everything, including shopping streets and supermarkets.
