Very friendly staff and welcoming hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The A/C in my room was not great, but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Excelente opción. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda. La propiedad está en una zona agradable a pasos de un centro comercial. La piscina en el último piso ofrece una buena opción para relajarse. El personal fue amable. El desayuno variado. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y fue satisfactorio, destacando la buena atención del mozo.

Quarto de bom tamanho e restaurante do hotel com boa comida a preços bons, para padrões do chile. Perto do hotel tinha casa de cãmbio, supercado e acesso ao metrô.

A repeat visit to our favourite hotel in Santiago. It has charm and friendliness and is in a safe part of the city within walking distance of numerous cafes and restaurants. Also the riverside sculpture park is an easy walk. The hotel has an extensive breakfast selection with an early start if required.

Hotel excelente, bonito, novo, perto do metrô, várias opções de comércio e bem perto do shopping Costanera. Um parabéns especial para o funcionário Francisco ( Tico ) que nos ajudou muito!!! Café da manhã bom e com lanche para quem sai cedo p os passeios. Super recomendo!!!

This was our fifth stay and from the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed like returning friends. Thank you Snr. Hugo. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants, fine shopping and the sculpture park. Open-top tour busses stop round the corner on their circular city tour. It also has a small, but sufficient, rooftop swimming pool with views across the city to the Andes. Good choice of breakfast with fruit and pastries. The bar has a small outside terrace also. Also good to see the same staff year after year. Hope to return in not too many years.

Al llegar atrasado el vuelo , todo el concepto cambia y el hotel es el castillo al que uno regresa, sin embargo la sensación de no llegar a un lugar cálido se mantuvo. Una Rx sin emociones ( un cliente más que llega a horas inconvenientes ) llene el papeleo , donde está marcado, su documento, su habitación , su llave . Desayuno de 7 a 10 ... chao ! La amabilidad creo es personal, no dije eficiencia dije amabilidad y la entrada al hotel fue poco amable , poco cálida y miren que viajo desde hace 25 años .. si algo puede ser criticado del hotel es la calidez con la que fui recibido ... calidez nula !!!

We had some difficulties in meeting up with our group tour. Luckily, Javiera at the reception helped us solve the problems by making many phone calls and checking on the computer. We appreciated her passion in helping clients and her high problem solving skills. I hope all receptionists would have an attitude like her to make the stay of visitors an unforgettable memory.

Nos hospedamos de 18 de novembro a 24 de 2016. O Hotel é bom, bem limpo, café da manhã embora não tenha muita variedade é bom e tem reposição. Achei a localização bacana tem vários comércios próximos, estação de metro bem perto. Andamos bastante de metro não tivemos problema nenhum... Adorei e voltaria ao Chile com certeza.
