I recently stayed in Ba. I spent 5 nights in this hotel. The nightly accommodation cost me less than 100. It would be easy to dwell on the negative aspects of this hotel, so Ill leave them until last. The plus points are strong wifi that is free. The three men I met at reception were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Seemingly endless hot water. less than 20 pesos per night. There was a fair amount of noise in the hotel, but I am a heavy sleeper and couldn't really hear it. Because it seemed to be early in the event that all of the other visitors were local workers and not tourists. To get the water off the floor after a shower, there is a mop available. To be honest, I requested the third towel and was given one. Both the air conditioning and the radiator functioned. The window opened into an inspection shaft, so there was no view. The hotel is in Balvanera barrio, so it is a bit of a walk from the main tourist areas. For a guide. The retro-vita museum taxi cost 150 pesos, and the aeroparque taxi cost 220 pesos. I likely wouldn't return to this hotel just for the distance from the major tourist attractions, rather than because of anything to do with the hotel itself.

The location is very close to the hotel, but there are several services that are available around. I can hear a lot of noise coming from other rooms. In the corridor, it's difficult to breathe. In the room, the temperature is quite low, and the heating is not working. Also, the room furniture is very old. The personnel here is very accommodating, and the wifi there is quite reliable.
