Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it. I stayed for six nights over two visits. Italian suites were a pretty distinctive location to me. It is warmly inviting despite not being the most fanciest location to stay. This met my needs for a reasonable place that was close to my sons apartment and within walking distance. My one room was comfy and equipped with all the necessities. Although it was sadly quite limited and not filling, the breakfast wasnt particularly wonderful. But, once more, I wasnt expecting much for a very affordable stay. I appreciated having a strategic location near art studios, shops, and cafes. The owners were wonderful and I adored their little dog, Bruno!

Based on evaluations, I picked the location, and when we pulled up in front, we received a little heat. It is older and not striking from the outside. This is not the place for luxury. It is here if you want a welcoming and welcoming environment. Fresh fruit, cheese, cereal, eggs, and other breakfast items are all good. You won't be hungry. The rooms are tidy and cozy. Because the downstairs bedroom is directly off the front desk and has a window that lets in too much light, it is a little noisy. We stayed upstairs in a large room with a small balcony overlooking the street, which also had a small seating area. It's perfect! The cost is reasonable, and it is close to public transportation, shopping, and other activities.

This hotel is run by a strictly Spanish speaking host, but they try to help you wherever possible. Breakfast is tasty, kitchen is available to use, and rooms are ok. The bed is a bit lumpy. The hotel is very noisy, almost everyone can be heard walking around.

The room was clean and cozy, and even though the floors creak, it didn't bother us to sleep. There are a lot of italian restaurants nearby. The rooms are not brand new, but have a distinctive personality.
