Due to a morning flight to Saniago, we stayed one night after visiting Alabama. It seems like a lovely upscale motel at first glance but.. The receptionists were so rude that we were bothering them to check-in. The hotel had previously sent an email asking us to pay in usd cash if we wanted to avoid the 19-tax, so I brought it to pay. It turned out that they would only accept credit cards and said the tax would not be charged, but that remains to be seen. We arrived at about 500 without lunch and starving, but the restaurant doesn't open until rp and there is absolutely nothing else nearby. There is supposedly a minibar in the room, but it was completely empty. When we finally went to dinner at 7 o'clock, the waiters were no nicer than the front desk staff, but the cuisine was excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable, but there are no usb cables and only one side of the bed has a plug of any kind. The cleanliness in both the room and the common areas was mediocre at best. Overall, it's close to the airport and will be there for one night, but I wouldn't want to stay there longer than that.

Overall a pleasant stay in a comfortable bed with strong wifi connections in all areas of the hotel. When I got to rp, I checked in there. The restaurant was where I had lunch and offered a wonderful selection of salads, bread, snacks, and desserts. There was also a cooking option available. The room was clean and spacious, and it had a kettle, which is good after long days of travel. I inquired at the restaurant about a mile or creamer sachet, and they provided me some for my room, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are situated in an outdoor pool and gardens, which is spacious enough for swimming, tidy, and well-kept. The to is rather large and has many channels, but it only has English-speaking broadcasting. For such a large international clientele, more appropriate channels in other languages would be suitable. Breakfast was plentiful and included a selection of fruits, cereals, toast, and other options for the omelet.

We had read some earlier reviews, but we were hesitant about our needing an overnight stop. However, we had a fantastic stay. Nice late-morning buffet lunch, spacious, clean room with a very comfortable and comfy big double bed. The staff was friendly and helpful except the bartender who was late at night. Left too early to comment on the breakfast

While it was simple to see the hotel when we got there by car, the parking area's access was not even clearly marked and unmarked. The receptionist's excellent English made us feel really welcome. Although it was outdated and uninspiring, and it was excessively hot at night, the room was clean, cozy, and exceptionally useful for an early flight from the airport. For no additional cost, we used the enormous circular pool in the central garden and received fresh towels. After a long day of travel, the pool was spotless and energizing. We decided to order the cold buffet, which cost 17.00 rps for a fixed price and offered plenty of options without being inspiring. Likewise, instead of a fresh fruit salad, breakfast, which was served in 630 am was also tinned. In conclusion, this is excellent value for the money if you need to get off early or make a late-night stop on your way from or to San Pedro de Alabama. Calm itself obviously doesn't, in my opinion, provide anything to keep you there.
