In general, a really good location that we would suggest. We reserved stunning apartments for two nights while visiting the beaches on the chilean coast. It is conveniently located a block from the sea, but be aware that the trip agentgoogleapplication map is a little off. Our room was a bungalow that was nicely furnished, a bit on the basic side, but quite clean, and had a lovely view into the garden. However, the kitchen utensils won't allow you to do much more than make soup or super noodles! The pool was really nice and tidy, and the staff was really friendly and helpful, even providing to dry our laundry when they saw us hanging it out at night!

I am a Stella Maria, especially isabella, but here there is a little bump in the road. In mid-March there were mosquitoes around and we had to close the windows early and go through a killing field routine before bedtime due to mosquitoes. The employees, including isabella, are fantastic. Once more, they gave us two apartments for 67 people. It is a 5-minute stroll to the beach, and you can walk to the main highway turn right when you exit gate, get a local bus for 600 pesos, hop off at the huge supermarket where you can find a wide variety of wine, food, and good restaurants.

If you do not want to be close to the city, this is a good place to stay. Before deciding to move north, we stayed in La Serena for two nights. We arrived from Valparaiso late in the afternoon and the receptionist was ready and waiting for us when we took a taxi from the bus stop. Since the apartment allowed us to be independent and cook whenever we wanted, it met all of our requirements perfectly. Bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom, and a patio outside. It costs cpu, 00 in a taxi, or even less if you take a local bus. 300 meters from the shore, which is good for stretching your legs in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening. We got a cheery welcome as we departed town or went on a beach walk and were greeted back over the phone and asked for anything.

It is perfect for families because it has parking space. This hotel has a great pool, that is clean. The kind owners and nice rooms.

I stayed here for a month during my study abroad program in Chile in the summer of 2012. It's not the most modern or luxurious, but very well maintained and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Loved my stay, hope I can return soon.
