Excelente custo-benefício. A localização é ótima, perto do metrô, perto de ótimos restaurantes, região segura. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O quarto é bastante confortável e a limpeza é impecável. O único ponto negativo (para o nosso caso) a ser mencionado é o Box do banheiro, o qual é baixo para pessoas acima de 1,80, mas o chuveiro é ótimo. O café da manhã tem ótimas frutas frescas, café passado, pães, frios…. Recomendo e voltaria!!

The rooms were very cozy and the cleanliness and good location of the hotel are amazing for the price that you pay. The people at the front desk were super welcoming and eager to help with anything that I might have needed. There was free breakfast in the morning and also a station to get coffee and tea, and they held onto my luggage for me the day I checked out so I could continue to explore the city. Amazing hotel!

Desde a recepção até o café da manhã, foi uma experiência muito agradável. Estação do metro muito perto e perto dos restaurantes e bares maravilhosos da região. Funcionários simpáticos e solicitos. Peaceful, clean, good service, comfortable rooms. Nice quiet oasis in a big city. Staff was helpful giving map directions and recommendations of things to do. Wish we could have stayed longer than one day.

Stayed here for 3 nights while on a business trip, great staff and location. Could have used a slightly bigger room with a desk, but it was very clean and quiet. A really nice breakfast on a patio area. Would stay again for sure.

Hotel muito bom, novíssimo, os quartos amplos e muito confortáveis. Muito limpo e organizado. Servem vinho no final da tarde de cortesia. Funcionários muito cordiais e solícitos. O local no entorno é muito tranquilo e seguro, perto do metrô, uns 10min de caminhada. Recomendo muito e voltaria com certeza.

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet residential area, but close to restaurants and stores, and only a few minutes from the metro. The staff is exceptional (Janice, Meredith, and Antonio), making you feel at home. Thoughtful touches like wine and snacks add to the charm. Very good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
