The staff at terms el corazon was really nice and helpful, the service here was great. And then, this time, we went to terms el corazon for a birthday party with the family and ate a yummy buffet lunch.

This place is located in the center of Los Andes, with a pool and a buffet lunch. The staff was very kind and accommodating even though they were very old. Even though it's a bit expensive, it's still worth it.

I had an amazing time here, despite the setbacks. However, I believe it to be a little overpriced objectively speaking. This location is as charming as its name. Here, we celebrated my birthday, and we were given the most stunning suite in the house. Thanks to Claudio, the room has panoramic views of the beautiful chaparral and tall wooden ceilings. Four thermal pools in the spa area, a separate olympic-size pool, and two saunas, one dry and one humid. There, swimming caps are required, and they can be purchased there. I advise buying ones of higher quality elsewhere. Additionally, there is a petting farm, a pin with goats, etc., and ping-pong tables in the room. The staff, particularly Silvia, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating nine out of ten. This is woven into the overall experience because it is a family-run business. I checked out the vegan option in the all-inclusive package, which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This, sadly, did not account even after I reminded the waiter. I left feeling extremely appalling. If you are a foreign national, you may show your passport with a stamped entry date less than 90 days old and pay cash or card to deduct the 20 using the tax deduction. Unfortunately, my visa had their slide machine.

This location is situated near Los Andes and as you drive there, you can't imagine how good it will be, but it is. Very Chilean, no tourists, great food, lots of tacos. We had a great lunch buffet, played ping pong, and used the pools. Our kids picked up on the vibe of the place and soon after, they were floating peacefully in the pool like Chileans. This is a fantastic winter activity. The driving up there was a real treat, it's beautiful green rolling mountains with andes as a backdrop. A beautiful winery is nearby.

We went for lunch and pool all day and had a great time. When we arrived, we went straight to the restaurant for lunch, which is a buffet style, where the pools are closed during lunch. To be honest, considering the standard service that customers in Chile receive, I was astonished by the excellent service we received. You must wear or purchase a few silly hats, which are required at 3, 500 each. There are three pools of different temperature, one of which is covered, and several cold plunge pools. After experiencing all the pools, we went to eat and ordered some sandwiches with barrow darpa meat and cheese, and a churrasco tomate pasta meat with tomato and avocado which is delicious! The gracious man who gave us all the sandwiches ordered a couple of sandwiches with barrow darpa meat with cheese and churrasco tomate pasta meat with tomato and avocado, which were both delicious! Sadly, we had to wait a little while because the food and beverages section isn't open all day. Anyway, I heartily endorse this establishment, and I'll undoubtedly return one day. Lunch and pool: $45, 00 each.
