The room is old, and I can't stand the dirty coquette, then the bad breakfast, plus this hotel's location is just above the central bus station.

The convenient location is on a floor above the bus stop terminal Almeida. Easy access from the airport. Buses run inefficiently every 30 minutes. Several grocery stores and restaurants in the immediate area. Shopping, fast food, and cabin on the lower floors of the building. Connecting the walkway to the subway system. Room needs to be updated. There aren't enough towels. Wifi in the room was spotty. Breakfast was limited with 1 meat and yogurt, juice, and coffee. The staff was just enough professional and helpful when asking questions or requesting assistance in storing luggage.

An accommodation just above the bus station is undoubtedly a good idea, and I assume the majority of its visitors do so for this reason. It is ideal for your bus, especially if it's in the early morning or late evening. I won't use it for any other purpose. The most popular areas of Santiago are far and the surrounding area is far away. The rooms are small and have practically no space for luggage or other items. You have to leave everything on the floor. They are extremely basic and not in the best condition, the furniture is used and has some dents, the same in the bathroom. The cleaning service is good as is the wifi connection. Breakfast is included but is so minimal, with just hot beverages, toasted bread to eat with jam, cereal, and nothing else. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. They try to assist visitors, and the reception staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel has potential, it is unfortunate that the owners aren't paying close attention to it, it would go up with some more attention.

Lo que tengo que destacar es que cuando hice presente que teniamos que partir antes de las 07.00 hrs al aeropuerto y no tendriamos atencion del desayuno a esa hora de inmediato me solucionaron el problema diciendo que nos darian unos sandwiches en su remplazo del desayuno.

L'hôtel était en travaux,... et l'entrée était peu visible et a changé d'un séjour à l'autre. Son emplacement, près de la gare routière et d'une station de métro avait à la fois des avantages mais aussi des inconvénients car bcp de bruit. La plupart des chambres donnent sur l'avenue O Higgings, très bruyante. Les chambres étaient propres et le personnel agréable et à notre service. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises quand nous sommes allés à Valparaiso. La connexion internet fonctionnait bien.

It's right at the bus station which also has a subway station right in front, so that's quite convenient. The price was also reasonable. But room condition was rather poor. Hot water was very weak. Noise from outside was quite loud. The staffs were helpful but english comminication was a problem. Breakfast was also very limited.

Hotel is on the same building of bus terminal, convenient for travellers. The problem with hotel is the noise, no wifi signal in the room & air conditioning didn’t work.
