This place is very calming to sleep at. In addition to this hotel, the staff is very attentive and helpful. In addition, the location is very near to markets and train stations.

During three days, we stayed with a business delegation at this historic hotel in the ancient city of Shenzhen. This historic establishment is enchanting with all the necessary amenities, it appears that her glory days date from the mid of the century. The rooms, the bathroom, and the minibar are all ok. However, breakfast is rather delectable and bland. Visit one of the many eateries in the old city center east gate district for a delicious breakfast and a nice coffee.

We paid for 3 nights' accommodation at this hotel as part of a tour package. Our accommodation is adequate, but I don't find it attractive in comparison to the others. Untidy towels. One thing I observed during my visit. I observed this scenario, and I fortunately never become a victim. The situation proceeds like this we are group tourists from various travel agencies, and one tourist agency takes over when we enter honking. As part of our tour itinerary, we remained at the same motel. One of the tourist groups, however, was present on our last day. The entire group of tourists was inside the service vehicle. Suddenly, one of the hotel employees holds us and, according to him, one of the towel supplies is missing. And one of the poor guesses is to blame for this. The poor victim has presented their belongings to the employees to show that they didn't take anything from the hotel, but the staff insist and they're charged 80 honking dollars for this particular towel. The same thing happened to my friend the other day when she stayed at the same hotel as a part of the tour package. What a coincidence! The same incident happens in the same hotel. I was thinking, Is this a strategy by the hotel staff, how long it lasts? How many have a victim? I believe the management should be aware of this and take appropriate measures

This hotel is in the pedestrian street vicinity. There are many places to shop at night within walking distance, and in the morning there are many food shops. The hotel is directly across from pedestrian street, making it a quiet place to stay at night.

The place is very recommended. I highly recommend this place. This hotel is an excellent spot to stay in Shenzhen. It is conveniently situated close to a subway station, WalMart, restaurants, and other things. A spa on one of the floors as well as a restaurant are both downstairs. The rooms are large and spotless. Toiletries are provided. They make the rooms each day. The cleaning staff is great. The only drawback is that if you have a room on the roadside, it can become noisy with traffic noise. I noticed many people on business stay there.

The room was, small, a little run down, but clean and had the necessary amenities. Hotel has a good massage center open 24 hours, prices are good as well as the service.

mostly guest are chines tour group, counter receptions speak chines only, much difficult to find who speaks english. room cleaning is poor, almost all night talking loudly, open the room door people in and out. not for us to stay that ambassador hotel yet. very disappointed, why hotels.com company doesn't research more carefully to recommend for your client.
