1.地鐵站石橋牌站，可穿越太古匯B2至超市旁右邊電梯上去，往外出去往右前方就是旅館。 2.旁邊太古匯B1吃逛的都方便，旁邊有超商與港式餐廳。 3.服務人員非常客氣態度很好。 4.可免費寄放行李，收包裹。 5.有網路，但不太能用。 6.房間空間超級大的，有廚房、洗衣機、大冰箱。 7.浴廁很大，歐舒丹用品。 8.有免費一個人早餐，雙數天住宿可雙人用。 9.設備齊全，房間乾淨。

I stayed with my gf for 7 days in the Ascott in Guangzhou It was amazing, nice, clean and staff where very helpful when needed. Great place to stay and would love to stay for part of my trip hear in the future.

Overall my stay was very good. The apartments are very comfortable and well decorated. Staff is helpful and nice even though some of them can't speak english fluently. Breakfast had limited variety and could be improved.

Overall very good - rooms were modern, clean with fresh decor (although the corridors looked a bit worn out. The only minor issue I had is that while breakfast was meant to be included, only one voucher was issued per night stayed, even though the booking was for two people. This seems a bit mean!

I would like to thanks all your staff while we are staying in Ascott GuangZhou and truthfully giving out a thumbs up for the service and support. 1. Check-in and Checkout is fine and speedful, and friendly staff. Thumbs up to Lisa (as I remember her name) 2. Although room is being fixed by technician for washing machine and bathtub, but we really do not mind about that. Even Technician is very, very nice and polite while we are moving into the room. 3. Very satisfied that you guys arranged Housekeeping to check the cleaning status after fixture completed. The housekeeping staff is really warm welcoming us at 25th floor on these two days. Hope to give her a message that we thanks her so much about that, really appreciated =) 4. I thought my room just included 1-pax breakfast, but lastly I found there is two coupons for breakfast. That is unexpected but much appreciated for that (although we are cooking by ourselves.) 5. Room is clean and beautiful. Keep up them well =) 6. Lift design is really in secured. =) 7. Broadband speed could be improved, speed not quite stable. 8. Kitchen is really good! But the microwave seems strange (somehow) Overall, we are really enjoying the service and apartment you provided. I am sure we will be back next time for the stay.

We visited Guangzhou for business and arrived at Guangzhou East railway station. The location was perfect for our needs. Within minutes walk to two railway lines and fantastic shopping. The two bedroom suite was spacious and clean and the service offered by the staff exceptional. The buffet breakfast offered many options, all fresh and tasty. Be careful, it is a little hard for some taxi drivers to find as the entrance is from the road behind the hotel. Will stay here again.

This property seems to have mixed ratings. The key necessities worked well for us. The reception staff spoke significantly better English than the majority of the staff we encountered in China and seemed genuinely friendly and useful. The rooms are slightly outdated in terms of style, but not in a way that would upset most people it's more of a not shiny new rather than 1980 s old and importantly there are no signs of dust or damp mold smells unlike many other properties here. The bed was hard, but for us it wasn't that hard it was bad. To put our review into perspective this was the cheapest property we stayed at in China but didn't upset us or made us feel like we missed something majorly important. Our air conditioner worked well. Light sleepers may hear some street noise from outside. Excellent location near the metro and a more upmarket area of the city. Breakfast decent enough for starters. It's not a sofitel spread but it does the job. Washing machine and mini fridge in room.

During the Chinese New Year 2020, we spent one night at the Scott Guangzhou hotel. In reality, the staff was incredibly welcoming. In our view, the entire experience was satisfactory. We won't be complaining about the cost since we redeem our frequent traveler miles for our stay. But it is unfortunately an older hotel. To be honest, we had high expectations for Scott hotels prior to our stay.
