It was a fantastic trip for me and my family and we visited the water park frequently. The customer service is also good, and the restaurant is also enjoyable. We got rides to the water park and we had great time.

After three months of lockdown in shanghai, we wanted to leave the city for a week. We wanted fun, easy, and relaxing as a young family with a child aged four and five months. Atlantis did not let us down. It was simple to keep our daughters entertained and I would highly recommend the wave pool I show, mermaid photos, and the quiet shady pool next to the beach. Gordon Ramsey and crab at the restaurant were the highlights and both very welcoming to families. For an easier ride, go to the Imperial Club, which offers a quieter breakfast experience and free flow from 57 pm. It's also worth spending the 200300 rob to rent a cabana for a day by the pool. You can get by without Chinese, but it definitely helps to speed things up. As we stayed longer, we were assigned louise, an English speaking speaker who was very helpful in helping us reserve experiences, restaurants and giving recommendations.

This was our second stay at the resort and again lived up to all our expectations! Service standards were extremely high for such a large property and there was always someone to help. We spent a couple of days at the water park which was always a joy! Word of caution go as soon as the park opens and do all the popular rides first because they do get busy! We also checked out the I theatre show a true spectacle with lots to do and lots of excitement for the kids. Our dolphin snorkeling experience was one we will never forget and a must-do for families. The lost chambers are very well maintained and we enjoyed a good few hours in the aquarium. the restaurants we dined at nets delicious japanese!, crab kitchen for its most amazing Asian food that took us back home, break street kitchen and food court. Excellent food options for all family. This resort is just a hotel if it is not justice. Atlantis is an adventure all rolled into one. We can't wait to come back and we highly recommend it to all families looking for an amazing family vacation!
