The room was so lovely, it came with a very comfortable bed. We checked in at 230 a.m. without a problem and left early the next morning. The hotel was close to the airport and was an excellent value.

A pleasant surprise, well worth the price. The accommodation was welldesigned and surprisingly contemporary. Unlike some other places more expensive where Ive stayed in Beijing, it had underfoot heating and was extremely warm. The bed was very comfortable. The negative side is that the sound isolation is poor, and because this is an airport hotel, guests come and go at different times. Some people are not as mindful as others of other travellers who might want to sleep. Staff weren't very welcoming, but that's the case everywhere in Beijing in my experience. But then the shuttle. What a mission to locate the shuttle! Due to the wrong unclear and contradicting instructions I was given by the hotel staff, I ended up standing and waiting for the shuttle for 50 minutes in the freezing cold parking lot of the airport. Thank you to everyone who helped me find the shuttle! To find out where the shuttle was, chinese workers were talking in Chinese with Japanese, but only the third one came to terms with how to locate it. I would have given them a rating of 4 or 5.

During my visit to the new Beijing International Airport, I stayed at the hotel. The airport's information desk was incredibly helpful, they contacted the hotel and directed me to a waiting area close to an additional information desk close to the parking lot. After 50 minutes, the information counter manager kept in contact with the shuttle driver. The 20-minute shuttle ride during the crowded hours was nothing short of a roller coaster. The driver's abilities as a smart phone in one hand and a cigarette in his other were less than those of a Formula One driver. When I arrived at the motel, he tried to tell the employees if room upgrades were possible since an actor platinum member, but language was the greatest barrier. I was given a ground-floor apartment. The hallway has a foul smell and a filthy carpet. The room's good decor and poor housekeeping, but most importantly, the bed was comfy and had clean linens. English is difficult to comprehend. I left the hotel early in the morning, so I cannot comment on the complimentary breakfast. This time, with a larger shuttle, the driver was better.

This is a great hotel near the airport, if you have a long layover time for the next connecting flight. They have a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the airport. The room is nice, big, contemporary, and colorful. Lots of food shops around. There is a place for breakfast. However, the hotel is a little far from Beijing's center. The price is relatively cheap. The hotel staff can't speak English properly.
