Excellent in every way. Staff is attentive and go above and beyond, facilities are beautiful and well upkept, and the location is peaceful and serene, yet still convenient. We will definitely book again when we visit Beijing in the future.

very nice escape for a day with family; the hot springs are well arrange with a lot of outdoor pavilliions; the breakfast is very generous in choice and the stuff are very helpful; restaurant in-house is quite good standing; all in All we enjoyed a lot and we recomend for Families and for couple as a city getaway;

Great location if you want to be closer to the historic sites like the Great Wall. The hotel is part of a complex of outlet stores, an amusement park and a hot spring. The service was fantastic. The restairants were excellent and the concierge and Lobby Bar staff were particularly attentive.

The hotel appears to be pretty lovely inside. The fact that the rooms have laminate flooring is a significant benefit! Overall, the amenities are extremely clean and modern. The lighting in the bathroom is one issue. Without turning the lights in half of the room, the toilet and shower can't turn on. When I have a lesson, I'm forced to get up and shower while the other person is asleep. The breakfast is well-organized, with a nice balance of Chinese and western flavors. The pancakewaffle stations are a little boring, and whip cream is missing. The hot spring resort is the main reason I gave this review three stars. Although it is the hotels primary marketing strategy, it suffers from a handful of significant flaws. I had to pay more for use of the outdoor pools! And not insignificant. $50 per adult with no in-and-out privileges. Given the hotel's large size and its limited services, it is certainly not worth it. As I mentioned, there were no in-and-out privileges, and the designated restaurant adjacent to the hit spring neighborhood was subpar and pricey. People sneaked in and delivered frequently, resulting in news and flies around the living spaces and even closer to the pools. Another thing, the hotel is advertised as a resort and therefore does not have a lounge, as it is so little resort in the area and the jaw

The hotel has excellent quality and is located in a fantastic area of the mountains. The rooms are very large, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, there is a wonderful indoor playground for children. Why four instead of five points for the incredibly stupid reentry policy for the shot spring? Entrance costs around 250 rob extra, but it is not allowed to leave the spa for more than 15 minutes even by hotel guests. You would have to pay again to return to your room. I've seen many people complain before, but nothing changed. This does not fit an internationally 5-star brand like Marriott!.

I chose to go to this hotel in the recommendation of friends. Unfortunately I picked the wrong date: Chinese New Year’s Eve. The queue for check in was at least 40-45 minutes but thankfully it wasn’t that long for check out. It surprised me thang that hot springs, the main reason I went to the hotel, wasn’t included in the price (which was understandably much higher than usual due to the holiday). Views of the children’s theme party next door along with the local Wanda Mall weren’t expected either. The staff were kind and friendly so I wouldn’t hold anything against them but the stay didn’t love up the expectations and I would not be in a hurry to return.
