Overall, i had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is neat and clean. The design of the rooms is good. The staff is friendly and nice. I received some amenities and snacks when checking in.

If you are looking for space, keep looking. However, having said that, the bed was very comfortable with the bathroom and shower in two separate rooms. Although i didnt have breakfast, it looked quite varied. One of this hotels major advantages is its location. Next time, i guess i will just get a larger room.

The hotel is cozy, and i would definitely book again. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant! The location makes it even more perfect.

Sangat direkomendasikan! Petugas tidak sengaja mengambil handuk teman saya dan ketika kami menelepon resepsionis, mereka berusaha keras mencarinya. Dan ketika mereka menemukannya, mereka memberi kami 2 cangkir sebagai permintaan maaf.

The room was smaller than previous ones ive been to. But adequate for a single person. The staff were very sweet and accommodating, giving me a bottle of water at both check in and check out which was a nice touch. Good location, about 20 minutes walk from west lake.

Pelayanannya luar biasa, sarapannya enak, lokasinya sangat strategis di West Lake dan fasilitas kamarnya sangat baru dan bersih. Saya sangat merekomendasikannya. Meskipun sistem AC sentral tidak dapat diatur, mereka tetap menyediakan kipas angin. Pelayanannya sangat baik.

To be honest, the room was old and quite small, just enough space to open two suitcases. There was also a slight musty smell. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which compensated for it. I still give it 5 stars because of their excellent service.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan lokasi hotel dibandingkan dengan Citigo di Suzhou (kereta bawah tanah terdekat cukup jauh dari hotel). Kamarnya sangat kecil tapi bersih. Untungnya staf sangat membantu (terutama dalam hal laundry) dan sarapan hotelnya enak. Secara keseluruhan, saya senang tinggal di hotel ini.
