Saya datang ke sini untuk mengamati CES ASIA, tetapi karena saya datang secara rombongan, saya tidak punya pilihan hotel. Eksterior dan lobinya sangat indah. Karena hotel ini dipilih oleh perusahaan untuk menginap secara berkelompok, tidak ada yang lain di sekitarnya dan jauh dari kota. Sungguh menakjubkan ada hotel besar di tempat seperti ini. Bangunan ini terdiri dari dua bangunan dan Anda hanya dapat mengaksesnya dengan naik ke lantai satu. Tempat tidur: Kamarnya sangat luas dan tempat tidurnya kokoh. Fasilitas dasar Kebersihan: Pembersihan bersih dan semua perlengkapan tempat tidur dan handuk bersih. Tenang: Mungkin karena banyak tamu rombongan, saya bisa mendengar suara bising dari koridor. Kedap suara sepertinya juga tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Daerah sekitar hotel sangat sepi. Pelayanan: Staf meja depan berbicara bahasa Inggris. Sarapan: Makanan Cina dan Barat disediakan. Tidak banyak variasi. Fasilitas terdekat: Tidak ada transportasi umum dan stasiun kereta bawah tanah terdekat berjarak sekitar 30 menit berjalan kaki dan tidak ada taksi di jalan. Tidak ada supermarket Carrefour di dekatnya, tetapi 30 menit berjalan kaki dan tutup pada pukul 8:00, jadi saya bahkan tidak bisa pergi ke sana.

Kamar mandinya bersih dan rapih. Tersedia pembersih ruangan yang melimpah dan berkualitas baik. Pencahayaannya masuk akal dan nyaman. Tempat tidurnya nyaman, tidak berbau, dan jendelanya aman. Rasanya seperti di rumah sendiri! Piring buahnya kaya variasi dan rasanya enak.

This was a very nice hotel, and you can’t beat the price. The whole facility was clean and enjoyable, and the staff was great. While the hotel claims to have AC, it is central and turned off in December. When we arrived, our rooms were set at 26C. That’s WAY too warm for just sitting still, let alone sleeping! There was a tiny window to open that managed to cool the room by a couple degrees by the next morning, but it was still very warm. The location is probably great for conferences or work meetings, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it for tourists wanting to see the real Shanghai. It’s at least 30 minutes to the metro if you walk, and at least another 30 before you’re close enough to the tourist attractions to get off the metro. We came here at the end of our trip for some quiet and luxury, and we were glad we didn’t choose it for our whole stay in Shanghai simply because of the location. The hotel was amazing, though. We ate at two of the hotel restaurants (both delicious), and the entire hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere. As long as you’re not looking for something in the city center or walking distance to the metro, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is great, but a little bit far from the city center (but it's reflected in the price). I suggest taking Didi to/from subway station, very cheap and convenient.

This is the best Crowne Plaza I ever stayed. The staffs are very helpful and do the wonderful job to make our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Since I am platium IHG member so I got upgraded to a better room and also provided fruits and drinks to us. I definitely will stay here again.

This is the best Crowne Plaza I ever stayed. The staffs are very helpful and do the wonderful job to make our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Since I am platium IHG member so I got upgraded to a better room and also provided fruits and drinks to us. I definitely will stay here again.
