nice, but a bit busy. often receive group guests. nice complex offering restaurants and convenient shops. breakfasts is a bit busy too, chinese style.

This hotel could absolutely rock and have what it takes to be great, but it isn't. It is the only one of this kind in this whole area of Shenzhen and could really use an upgrade in service and a lot of tidying up. It's simply enormous, but most appear closed as no one is staying it seems. A spa and karaoke are the only activities available at night, too. The restaurant sees a very loud crowd in the evening, and since you must cross the hotel to get out, it becomes very noisy around 23 hours. The majority of the staff cannot speak English, and they don't try to understand you. Having said that, it's very cheap for a 5-star hotel! A real pity as it is the only option in this area, but it could do great business, but the next time I'll spend an hour commuting rather than staying there again.

The construction of this hotel is spectacular. Very large and clean at first sight. The front desk staff are quite friendly but they do not speak English. Setbacks observed in my opinion after a week of stay 3 more weeks to go 1 housekeeping is terrible. They just sweep and mop. It may be because there are many rooms to work on, but.. please do a good job in prominent areas. My bad experience? A broken glass ac was on my bed and was covered by the comforter. Found only after I had a small cut in my thigh. How could that be? When I moved in, I rearranged the furniture so that it could fit my stay for the next 3 weeks. Observedly, there were lots of glasses under the bed! So.. This explains where the broken glasses ac came from. But why not cleaned up before I moved in? 2 internet connection the internet connection here is extremely slow regardless of time. The quality is also poor. The line keeps dropping and I get no wifi for a whole night. I asked for a new bed, but the front desk manager on duty said she would arrange. No news after 2 days. I called again and asked.. They treated us like no request was made at all and began telling me can't change. I hang up reluctantly. I called the second time and i spoke English. And I

When I arrived to this hotel, I found to my great dismay that I booked the wrong date - the day before! But then the hotel management was gracious enough to let me stay anyway, and no additional money was requested. Now this is service and I highly appreciate it. So, service-wise, I would say this is a keeper. Unfortunately, there is a problem with rooms - the humid smell. Obviously, Shenzhen is very humid (albeit it wasn't on the days I was there). But the air conditioner emitted a bad smell. My colleague in another room also noticed this. It is too bad. The room was roamy, there was a balcony, the hotel was otherwise relatively comfortable. This is the one and only point that could make the difference. If I were management, this is where I would invest my budget: ensure the air circulation does not have a humid smell. The area is not much to look at but one doesn't go there for pleasure, just for business, and yes there is one or two alternative restaurants near by.
