One night spent on a group trip here. Karat cave is the only attraction close to the hotel. The air was neat and peaceful because the hotel is in a rural region. A sizable lobby with Chinese furnishings that can be found everywhere, including a calligrapher and many woods and statues. It would be very helpful if you knew Chinese Mandarin or Chinese Mandarin because English is not their primary area of expertise. We have two separate beds that have two standard-size beds that are approximately 4 wide and comfortable. WiFi is adequate. There is no English channel, so I didn't find it. Bathroom tiles, toiletries, and slippers are all present. The shower is hot and strong. The one bizarre thing I discovered in the accommodation that is common in many hotels in China is how patterns are used in the bathroom use glass, albeit semiopaque walls. It does not guarantee complete privacy because one can see through from the living and bedroom areas. The positioning of light switches is another oddity--it takes a little getting used to. The buffet breakfast was decent by Chinese standards, but westerners might find it lacking because most of the food is typical Chinese fare, and you won't find eggs, omelets, banger and mash here, or good old-fashioned strong coffee.

Overall it was an average experience. We booked 3 rooms at this hotel for one night when visiting family. This hotel's location seems calm as all rooms have views of the pool and are surrounded by mountains, but as the evening progressed, it became very noisy. The pool was the largest I have ever seen, the pool area was lovely and firmly family oriented, it was even stated that the pool water came directly from the mountains. There is an indoor pool, however it is deserted. The gym facilities were below average and poorly ventilated, more like home gym equipment. Our room was clean and in working order, but one of the other family rooms had plugs missing and light bulbs out. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has spacious bedrooms, a bathroom shower only, and a sizable balcony with stunning views. I do think this hotel needs much improvement in terms of catering to tourists because their English is very poor, if not none, there is only cable wifi in the rooms, there is only 1 english channel, and the food and beverage outlets are mostly aimed at the Chinese.

Five-star hotel with nice-sized rooms and a lovely bathroom. Pleasantly arranged. The only drawbacks were breakfast, which was Chinese and not suitable for westerners, the lack of public internet service even though broadband is available in your room, and the absence of a local news channel, so no cctv 9. Rather use the coffee shop for the extra cost of western breakfast. Huge swimming pool and fantastic mountain view. A native English speaker must proofread and make corrections to the hotel's manual.

This hotel provides a good place to stay when going to the pool. The room is spacious and comfortable with a very clean condition. The bathroom towels are extremely soft and clean. The staff here are very friendly. The bathroom towels are very comfortable with clean condition.
