They had enough English to help me, they even arranged a cab for me when I needed to leave. Very clean and comfortable. It was worth it to me to go out of the way to get there (it is not close to major transit hubs).

Excellent executive lunge service. Warm and knowledgeable. Despite the fact that this five-star hotel has been operating for over a year, it was not particularly excellent that breakfast was served over the lunge. The Chinese new year window is when the lunge is bad closed. Excellent. Yang la wrote me a very personal and welcoming letter after discovering something I might need while cleaning my room. It wasn't particularly good one morning while taking a shower, but there was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Perhaps they assumed I had already checked out. One guest eating breakfast in his bed was not very excellent. It's really insulting. He should have been asked to leave. One night, later in the evening, not really good arrived, but there was no one at the front door. It appears that this is the Chinese new year's holiday window, and some employees may have left.

We stayed here only for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. But the hotel has a shopping center with many food options right next to it. The executive lounge only opens in the afternoon. It does not offer morning tea or breakfast, but a delicious cocktail hour. There were a variety of hot and cold dishes, wine, and spirits. Breakfast in the main restaurant was also very good.

Excellent newer hotel. It has many of the advantages of a Western-style hotel in china that are only nicer for business travelers. The rooms were clean and tastefully furnished, and the breakfast was fantastic. The beds are a little hard, though, that's it. If you have a Chinese-speaking companion with you, the shops across the street are a great place to get some food. Otherwise, it may be a little tough.

Overall, another fantastic 5 days. I sincerely appreciate the hotel manager Kate contacting me via email and making appropriate arrangements for my requested earlier arrival even though I actually arrived late due to an extended delay in San Francisco. As always, checking in was quite smooth and welcoming. Like the cookies.. The executive lounge service continues to be excellent, but it might have been longer if possible. Breakfast is delicious with numerous options that should satisfy both Chinese and other nationals. The kitchen staff is all professional and I especially like the soup lady, who welcomed everyone with a big smile. And quickly prepared our orders. However, it took a lot of time to get my coffee, for a minimum of 15 minutes each morning, and they made a mistake about my American coffee request. Finally, waiters can learn from the kitchen staff and demonstrate that they are happy to work there.

I stayed for three days, but they didn't changed my bathrobe. I was a little shocked. And I was really really shocked that there were few staffs who could speak, listen and understand English. Most of the staff could only speak Chinese. There was a market near the hotel, so it was good to buy fresh fruits cheaply, but there weren't many restaurants. The Hot pot restaurant on the 2nd floor near hotel was delicious. But they can't speak english at all... also closing time is too early. If you order room service, I would recommend Chinese food. The chengdu dumplings were so good. not spicy, there's chicken inside. ah, this hotel has to pay the deposit. 1,000CNY.

I travel southeast Asia often. We prepaid a two day stay at this hotel. Our plane coming from Vietnam had Mechanical problems and it was returned back to Vietnam. This caused us to be late. We did not arrive at the hotel until 8 am. Because we were late, we were told our reservation was cancelled. This was prepaid and guaranteed. With a long delayed flight and two kids, not having a reservation that was prepaid and guaranteed was not good. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were friendly.

Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We were stuck in the lift for roughly around 40 minutes. During the period of stuck inside the lift, we both felt unwell and we fearful of our lives, experiencing incomparable pain. For a hotel ( DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu Longquanyi) which labels itself with high standards, the emergency assistance in this instance was extremely disappointing and shocking with how delayed the action was. I hope my horrible experience will not happen to others in the future.
