Overall, we stayed just shy of a week at the hotel and would definitely return when we are back in Saiyan. Prior to reserving this hotel, I had some reservations due to the lack of reviews. But I was pleasantly pleasantly surprised by how nice this location was. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The property is relatively new. The staff was courteous and helpful. In particular, a lovely lady named Arson, who is the operations manager, went out of her way to schedule car service for us for a 5 am pickup. Not only was the driver timely and attentive, but arson was also present at 5 am to see us off and offer us a brownbagged breakfast for the road. The property has coin laundry which was handy, as well as a daily breakfast buffet consisting of both eastern and western cuisine.

The hotels in saiyan are among the top 10 in china over more than 30 years of travel. The hotel is centrally located in saiyan, a moderately sized city by Chinese standards located near dang shan. Like most truly outstanding hotels, the employees are where the hilton Garden Inn shines most brightly, courteous, professional, and welltrained. English isn't a strong suit for all the employees, but there are some that speak and understand well enough to help with most any requirement. The facilities are new, clean, and cozy. Beds provide a peaceful nights sleep. The rooms are quiet and large. The lobby restaurant serves a great hearty breakfast buffet. Although it is listed as a four-star hotel, it is at the top of that level. However, the prices are moderate and very reasonable. Leadership is always key to a successful service company like this one, in my limited experience. Certainly worth visiting for one or two days. If you want to get to the top of the mountain, prepare to walk, which is quite a workout. Even though you can walk all the way to the top, I strongly suggest taking the cable car, a long, enjoyable ride before hiking the rest of the way to the top. By taxi, the historic dang area is approximately an hour away. To anyone traveling to this delightful city

We chose this hotel as a base for staying because it is part of an international chain, despite being far from Wudangshan, which is the primary reason we are here. It's a brand-new hotel in a brand-new neighborhood with numerous local stores and restaurants close by. The front desk staff is friendly, professional, and especially joy jeffrey. Every morning at the cafe, Jeffrey greets us and chats with us in English. We really appreciate his professionalism. We were able to experience some peace and quiet while having breakfast because the hotel wasn't busy at the moment. Breakfast is simple and a fusion of east and west, and it's simply delicious. Even though our room faces a residential area, it features all the standard comforts, except on the third, last night, when the air conditioning decided to quit on us. Our room temperature was 32 degrees on a very warm day. We were advised that the hotel had not turned on the cold air and instead opened the windows when I called the front desk. Fortunately, we were able to sleep comfortably with the windows open throughout the night. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you.
