The staff members are extremely polite and always ready to help. From the moment I checked in, they greeted me with warm smiles. Whenever I had a question or a request, they responded promptly and efficiently. It made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they delivered them to my room within minutes.

it was clean and the staff service was great. We extended our stay at Hilton as our flights were canceled and the staff at reception helped us to extend our stay. The information counter staff also provided excellent assistance when we enquired about the transportation around Urumqi. I would definitely choose to stay at Hilton for my next holiday trip!

Top notch!! Five stars in every way. Likely the best hotel in Urumqi. The only drawback, if I am critical, is its location. It is a bit far away from the center of town, which is abt 10-11 km away.

When we visited Uluwumqi on vacation, I believe that we made a wise decision to stay in Hilton for one full week. Our nonsmoking room was on the first floor, with a lovely perspective of the Buddha statue. Unlike other hotels weve stayed in, the room was spotless and immaculately clean. The housekeeping made a lot of effort to make my stay enjoyable! We appreciate your help! During breakfast hours, there were many food options, and there was pleasant service. There was free parking, but the WiFi got a little slower during the evening hours. Overall, it was a good experience at Hilton. Just my two cents from a diamond member who is Singapore but is permanently in Shanghai.

I enjoy staying at Hilton's properties because I am a diamond member. On my journey, I was very pleased to find this fantastic hotel. Our stay was wonderful. Love the property and all its facilities. The room is spacious. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and booked 2 rooms that were both upgraded to an executive floor as a gold member. Breakfast buffet and evening light dinner with cocktails in the executive lounge were also included. I would not believe the variety of breakfast options. Egg station, noodles station, and lots of local cuisine. The room was large and clean.

In October 2020, I stayed at the Hilton Urumqi. It was a very relaxing, comfortable stay. The rooms were large and clean. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Specially the executive lounge personnel. A female member is named Judy Zhu. Her service was quite polite! Bow, the food and beverages offered in the executive lounge were also very delicious. Thank you for your kind service! I'll definitely recommend the hotel to my friends!.

What an odd location, this is like a palace in the dessert. Brand new and excellent nightly rate. We arrived with little unmistakable Chinese and most staff had the same for English, but the receptionist grabbed their senior team as soon as we arrived who was fluent in English, checked us in, upgraded us, and arranged our stay. At breakfast we had the fi manager gather us for a chat and support our visit. The entire staff, although new to hospitality, were friendly. Going through security each time we entered was strange to us, but we were visiting another country. An out of the way town with great places to stay.

Shower was excellent. The hotel is in a very quiet area, next to a park, and felt a little isolated, being quite far from the city centre. Breakfast was prohibitively expensive.

ほとんど英語が通じない烏魯木斉の中でしたが、ほぼ全スタッフ英語が通じ助かりました。朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方々の対応も素晴らしかったです。お部屋の方も綺麗で快適でしたが、一点冷蔵庫が壊れていて開きませんでした。
