The hotel is well located and there are many public transportation options so you can explore the city with pleasure. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to say a special thank you to two ladies who were very helpful and provided great service, Jenna Tina. Who made our stay even more unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This is the kind of hilton experience that made me a loyal hhonors member, unlike my current stay that I will post when I'm done. Jimmy li assisted me and my five buddies check in, and his attention to detail and making sure we had the best possible rooms showed me that management cared about their customers from top down. We were meant to be in Shanghai, but due to the culture concerns there, we extended our stay in xian and had no regrets. This generosity at check-in was only the start of a memorable visit. Candy in the executive lounge was always available, even if her English wasn't strong. Tina, also from the executive lounge, was our go-to person for anything while in the lounge. She was quick to help us, checking in, and attention to our plates were cleaned, drinks filled, and calling when a new pizza arrived. Sorry for all the pizza eating. After long days in xian sight seeing, our time here was dominated by this special times ni the executive lounge at night and in the morning for breakfast. Carrie luck came over and introduced herself there and said if we needed anything, let her know. It isn't perfect, as the hot tubs were lovely in the pictures, but the majority of the jets didn't work. We had a different hot tub every day, but

I will undoubtedly stay at this hotel and offer it to my friends in the future. Xian is my dream city, and this is my first time checking out the xian area. I have been with hilton for many years and enjoy the service and feeling that is being provided to me. This hotel has a convenient location, with easy access to parks and office buildings. I always make one-day meals here. Luckily, I attended the Southeast Asian food festival, where every dish is a work of art. Very attractive and delicious. The detail in the service provided by the hotel employees really impressed me. I have to ask for directions to famous spots, but they patiently gave me guidance and gave me useful advice to make my stay and tour more pleasant.
