Despite the fact that I am already home here, I will not forget the hospitality given to me by the hotel staff during my 18-day stay there. From the morning greeting from the breakfast-serving employees to the thoughtful laundry delivered to the room as soon as I returned to the hotel room and the refillable fruit platter, especially to the staff who even went beyond to place a squat in the room the same day after I inquired about where to find the fruit. This kind of homey service is truly special. I want to thank the management team for doing a fantastic job of training the staff to provide excellent service and the friendly staff. I appreciate their excellent service during my stay there. Keep up the good work, and I hope to see you soon.

Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Even the driver to airport terminal are exceptionally helpful too. Due to the bad traffic early in the morning to terminal 2 and there was a family whose flight was 7.30am and we boarded the shuttle bus at 6.10am. Driver was trying his best to get that family to the terminal ASAP but alighting all of us at arrival hall instead of departure to reduce the waiting time for traffic towards departure hall. He asked for agreement of all passengers before proceeding too. All of us reached departure hall rather fast due to the eifiicent and feasible driver.

This hotel offers very affordable room rates with breakfast. The location is great near the shopping center and many restaurants such as Burger King, Japan, Thai, and of course Chinese cuisine. But, no minibar in the room and the windows are not soundproof.

I came here for business at a nearby chemical company. Although their English isn't the greatest, the staff is extremely pleasant. Checking in and out was simple. If they get overloaded, they call for extra desk employees. They had always an English-speaking staffer nearby. The brunch was pretty good. An English breakfast mixed with a typical Chinese breakfast. All buffet-style. If requested, fried eggs can be purchased since the woman who makes the corner-filling noodles uses them. Otherwise, there are boiled eggs on the buffet. Toast, coffee, tea. Steamed buns are very recommended. Fruit. and the common. It is free. My company provided me with a taxi business card to call. The employees called them every day for me, which is good because the driver didn't speak English. In reality, the majority of wanting does not. The room was tidy and pleasant. Some people are talking in their cars about how recently rooms have been redone. Id assume that this motel has not been renovated in some time. However, it was very tidy. Every day the room was cleaned. They even took into account that I worked at night and slept during the day. Many restaurants are located across and down the street. Some nearby ones have English on their menu. Another 50-50 chance is farther away. I ate at some that didn't, but the staff tried to help you out very

As I finally arrived at the hotel, I was worried it would be just a repackaged Chinese chain hotel like an ibis in Guangzhou that I had recently visited. But that wasn't the case, and I felt like I was actually in an ing property. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. As a business traveler, I appreciate that it has a decent working desk and a reasonably comfortable chair. The large shower was also appreciated, as was the slightly retro decor, which helped to imprint the room with some international flair. The staff put in a lot of effort to express their gratitude for my loyalty to the ing brand and extended the same kindness every day welcome drink late checkout to all those in our party, which I again appreciate greatly. The location was not great, the neighborhood is shady, with no good dining choices. However, wanting did not seem to have any areas much better if you're desperate, take a taxi to the mall with a starbucks and burger king. Finally, I should note that one of my colleagues utilized the laundry service, and it didn't arrive at the promised time, but fortunately he was there before we left.

Due to it's affordable price, the check-in personnel's poor English skills were the major letdowns. You would anticipate some language control from the front desk! Secondly, there were no instructions for the room even though the rooms were tidy and reasonably accessible. There were no references to any emergency contact numbers, breakfast or laundry instructions, or nearby locations. Given the shortcoming of individuals who can communicate effectively here, this was rather disappointing. On the plus side, the hotel is strategically located with a large selection of neighborhood eateries, a Burger King, etc., and Dominoes nearby. There were no lights or color and a beautiful setting to wander around. The breakfast caters more to the Chinese crowd, so I was forced to eat cereal and bread.

Rooms were a bit small but clean comfortable and efficient since I was travelling alone. Location suited my purpose and breakfast buffet was not expansive but with sufficient choices. Excellent value for the price
