It was quite satisfying to be there, in general. We were very pleased to see the condition of the room since it was so cozy, because we were exhausted from the 6 hour flight delay. There were both firm and soft pillows available, and the bed is quite lovely. The room is spacious enough. It has a beautiful study table since it should be considered a business hotel. The curtains were quite thick enough to block out the sun. The view is also not awful. I didn't really hear any disturbance. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast selection. It wasn't too continental.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. The room was huge and clean, and the bed was comfortable and you can't wait to get up. The employees were very helpful and friendly, and they have good free breakfast the next morning, with many options. The quality of service was good as well. The location is close to the airport, so there is plenty of time to travel when they are busy.

A pleasant stay for a day trip in the winter, the first impression of the hotel wasnt great because I entered through the basement parking lot. Hotel lobby was simple, nothing fancy, but definitely clean and minimal. Next was the room. It was welcoming, warm and clean. So not too bad at all. When I finally stepped out of the hotel in the evening, dusk had already fallen. Standing in the chilly, damp, narrow space in front of the hotel, my back facing the main street, the original impression I had was immediately replaced by a hotel that stood tall and magnificent with bright lights showcasing the building and the holiday inn express lit up in neon. Pros, the room is clean, well-kept, and spacious. The bed is comfy, with two cushions labeled firm and soft, respectively. Use glass door from frosted glass. Either used to separate the entire bathroom from the room itself or the bathroom sink toilet bowl area. So, one person can use the shower in isolation, while another person may use the bathroom in the other area. Holiday inn Express doesn't skimp on breakfast for an express hotel. There is a wide variety of food options, mainly Chinese cuisine, given the location. To the right of the hotel are a lovely Chinese restaurant, a bakery, a convenience store, and other retailers. Cleaning staff need to use clean cloth to clean bathrooms. When finished cleaning my bathroom smells like pee. I think you need to be the first in the morning. I was late in the afternoon. Also if you want good internet do not go here. You seem to drop internet connection every 4 minutes. So fustrating. I'll go another place just for that.

Wouldn't give me another room. Made my trip stay disappointing. Windows so dirty not cleaned in years. Find a different hotel. Not luck here. Good luck
