The stay was nice, but further away from the city center than I thought. The staff was very friendly and wonderful to work with. They were willing to hail a cab and give the driver directions. The breakfast buffet was okay, a little bit of Chinese and Western foods - more Chinese than Western, but still it was nice not to have to worry about finding a restaurant.

Spacious, clean and tidy room, good breakfast. But traffic is not so convenient, 15 minutes walk to the nearest mtr station. Need to take taxi whereever you want to go.

I go to the hotel by the direction tiket.com give to me. But the destination is another holiday inn hotel. So we have to take the taxi again. Please re check to tag the location again.

Modern, clean hotel. Breakfast buffet clearly catering for the 95%+ of guests who are Chinese, but there is a fresh coffee machine - you may have to ask a member of staff to turn it on! Hot milk in large urn, next to identical urns holding hot soya milk, and hot water. These change their positions each day, so better not assume, as I did on day two that you're adding hot milk to your coffee - hot soya milk and coffee don't mix as well! Where this hotel was let down was the service. House keeping was functional - I received two free bottles of water each day, placed next to the two from the previous day - by the time I left I had quite a collection! They refused to give me an invoice as I had booked through hotels.com (claimed they had no idea how much I had payed for my stay), and quite inexplicably the drop it off by 11 and get it back by 7 laundry service was actually drop it off today and collect it in five (maybe six) days time. Of course, none of those things really matter if you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. Certainly not the worst hotel or service you'll come across in China, I was just expecting a little better.

特別叮嚀我們不要住35樓層以下但櫃臺說高樓層的被團客訂滿了 但我住過粉多次 每次只要是35樓以下的都會有粉濃的油煙味 一天是煮三餐 每次都幾個小時 唯一沒有味道的時後只剩睡覺了 這麼貴的飯店還要這樣受這樣的遭遇 倒不如隨便選一間假日酒店都還更舒服!
