El hotel estaba muy bien, y el servicio también. Fueron muy amables. El desayuno para mí lo peor, pero porque opciones dulces apenas hay al ser un buffet chino. Si yo comiese salado para desayunar no habría tenido problema.

The location of this hotel is not ideal and the location is not good because close to restaurants and also near airports, and about 10 to 15 minutes away. Service was also good and the service of the staff was really nice. They have a smoking room.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. I booked through trip for 40 dollars per night. When we arrived, I was given a room on ith floor facing the street. When entering the room, it felt like a furnace. We went to ask how to lower the heating and were told the room was hot due to the sun. Manager was then called who offered us a different room on ith floor but with a view of the rear courtyard. This room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, not hard as I heard others in china are. To, kettle and hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Staff in addition to the manager does not speak English. The location of this hotel is pretty bad. There are no eateries within 30 minutes walk. The light rail is a 30 minute walk. And you have to walk through the slums to get there. The airport is 10 minutes away $ 10 au this is not a hotel for westerners. We managed to get by because we spoke some Chinese. Staff were okay. We asked for something and they help. The hotel's comfortable beds and quiet rooms are the best. I will probably not stay here again.

The hotel service was horrible, I had to call back my receipt. The front desk was so slow. The door was locked early at 9 a.m., and there was a drain that backed up during the shower. The carpet in our room and hallways was filthy. The location was close to a busy street with industrial and port-based trucks whirrling by with automobiles honking constantly during rush hour. Not a taxi. The floor was cracked, and the door was clogged. A lot of caulk on the floor, with no fresh food to get in the way. If youre there for a business trip. Then there was a bad experience when I saw him when he was at the desk. I stayed at a hotel in a small area in china which was not convenient. I didnt understand the hotel's early departure. It was the biggest mistake I've ever made in more than ten years. It is in a sprawling urban setting that is close to everything. I had anticipated a simple walk because the light rail station was only one in the morning. The hotel was also supposed to have at least 1 English speaker, but luckily, my wife is Chinese, so she could communicate for me. They replied with a foul-mouthed response as if we were a nuisance. Last month I visited China, Tintin, and stayed for 3 nights from October 17 to November 19 The property was lovely and well-kept but I think there should be at least one staff member who can speak English round-the-clock as no staff member can speak a single word of English. Furthermore, the restaurant doesn't offer vegetarian food because I'm a strict vegetarian, and I've told the hotel when I ordered the room, but nobody seems to realize that when I asked the restaurant staff if any vegetarian food was available, they didn't understand the word vegetarian. I had a hard time with food and language in other words, the stay was good.

The facilities are just fine, but the staff really impressed me. When I could not find any trash can, the front desk staff helped me. She said she would throw this rubbish after work and she also told me why I couldn't find the rubbish can in tintin everywhere. Haha. They have a large parking area free of charge. Just like inn in north America.

It was nice enough. The room was a good size, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Our only complaint was that the free breakfast is supposed to go until 10; we went down at 9 and there was nothing left on the buffet but 3 slices of bread. When we finally saw an employee she brought us some coffee but otherwise we were out of luck. So if you want breakfast, go early.

도로변쪽 방이라 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 새벽에도 계속 큰 트럭들이 달리더라구요. 홀리데이 인 치고도 좀 시설이 낡았습니다. 주변에도 편의시설이 없어 멀리 나가야 됩니다.
